Should have more time options

Software didn't work and took several times to work and then the next day it tells me it didn't work and I had to do it all over again. I used the same card every time ft

Makes it easy and convenient.

Due to a problem we had with the iphone app on the day we departed we accidentally didn't close out our time. We called the customer support phone number (never expecting to get anyone) and we got exceptional, professional prompt service from the customer support folks and their management. It was an unexpected outcome and so glad they were able to rectify our error. Much appreciated!

Easy to us and less expensive than a lot of parking around Nashville.

The entire process is a pain: scan the code, enter in a ton of information, go to another page to pay.... Having a kiosk would make more sense. There are smarter ways to do this.

Way too expensive when dinner is already costly.

Don't ever ask people to review parking

Get a kiosk - it took way too long to have to set up an account and enter all my info that I’m sure you will be selling. And I will never remember my login, so the next time will be the same.

I wish you had an app or some way of communicating that my parking time was was almost up.

The layout of the website is simple, the process to find an actual parking site that allows you to chose and pay is a little confusing. Nonetheless was able to locate a site near our venue & submitting payment was easy. We paid & recv’d a parking code no problem. Downloaded the app & completed profile but couldn’t transfer my parking code from the website to the app so that was a little disappointing. Parking lot was easy to locate & parked with no problems. Regardless the process was pretty easy & I would use it again

I tried several times and different credit cards but it kept telling me my credit card code was wrong, but it wasn't. So I never got anything that said I was good to park there. So I had to move my car as I didn't want to get towed. I left my wife alone at the restaurant on NYE for 20 minutes searching for another space - AND I get an email later that night charging me to park where I did not.

My boyfriend’s car was one of the two cars broken into in the garage. And then we couldn’t get the footage right away because the complex had to wait for the parking rep to respond.

Just terrible business model. The entirety of the city / country would be better off without companies like this. UX was 2/5.

This app and area was easy to get to and out. The area was nice and clean.

The app kept crashing. Had to use browser

I was in my husband's large truck, so the wide parking spaces were very appreciated!
