The attendant was very helpful and he clearly explained the rules and hours of the parking lot when I first came in. Service was reasonably quick considering that there were a number of us waiting for our car(s).

The garage we parked at and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Attendants were pleasant and helpful - they retrieved my car with a smile. Would use garage again.

Reservation accepted and made check-in very easy. Also saved money. Parking attendant very friendly and helpful.

It was a smooth process. The only thing was the attendant really wait for the exact time it was reserved, we were there 15 mins earlier.

Parking garage is nice and the car was ready for us to get in and go early in the morning due to a flight. But customer service at drop off was terrible. I wasn’t sure what time we’d make it to the garage due to traffic, we ended up arriving 13 minutes early. Literally 13 minutes! The attendant pulled up my reservation and said he could take my car early for an additional $30 or I could wait the 13 minutes. He seemed incredibly annoyed that we chose to wait the 13 minutes and just pulled off to the side. This was mind blowing to me, he was incredibly rude. I have a hard time believing this is company policy. Had we been hours early, I could understand but 13 minutes?! Terrible customer service.

I booked online for 3 hours but reached to parking half an hour before the booking time. Attendant told me it will charge extra $15 and I had no option as my dad's doctor appointment was at msk. We left 2 hours early then the booking time but he refused to waive $15 and charged $64 for 1 and half hour. They are ripping in parking at NYC and there is no one replies even if you send complaint. Next time they will extract same money because they know we can't park and get the patient to cancer hospital. Unfortunate!!

Easy parking and good location. The reason I put 4 stars is because it took them forever to get my car back and it was around 2pm when it wasn't that busy. Also, I had a hard time pulling up the info on my phone but that's an issue with my internet connection so the parking place shouldn't be held accountable but it took a while to find my reservation.

Classic bait and switch, or scam. I have the smallest of SUV and it was way under the height and length limits for the garage I selected. Just to be sure, while booking I called the actual owner company of the garage and asked if my car was standard and not oversize and was told 'yes it's fine". So then I completed the booking.

When I arrived and checked in, the attendant immediately informed me that because I had an "SUV" I would have to pay an oversized fee. He said 'any 'SUV" and size didn't matter. The oversized fee was almost 100% of my booking fee!

And after all that, when I returned to get my car, that attendant brought me the wrong car, a real oversized SUV ironically!

I will never use this service again.

No problems. Made online reservations to leave my car for three hours, as long as you arrive on time to exit with your vehicle they honor the price paid online.

Prompt, courteous service. Reasonable price with pre-pay.

However, when we arrived to park the car, they charged an additional $15. We were a bit surprised especially since I prepaid for parking.

I arrived early and was told I couldn't park until my reserved time. There was nothing on my confirmation that indicated I needed to do this. This i needed to pay the full rate.

It was my 1st time using Parking.com, which was a smooth and cost effective process. The savings was significant--a $23 difference. That is a huge win! I will use Parking.com regularly, going forward.
