Purchased and prepaid for parking for 10 Chicago Bears home games the day after the scheduled was announced. All parking was offered on Parking.com and purchased directly on their site. The next day my inbox was flooded with cancellation emails. Upon calling to see what happened, I was told it was their mistake and the parking should not have been offered at all. While this isn’t a huge deal as all refunds were processed correctly, I now need to make totally separate arrangements further away from the stadium. If it was offered originally it should be honored.

Making a reservation was fast and easy. Parking is a little pricey but what isn't these days. I like to plan ahead so this is welcome service to me. Thank you!

Suggestions: my phone was almost our of power, which would not allow me to access my parking time to extend it. It would be nice if I could log in with an id number of that parking time i chose and extend from another phone.

Had no issue using the parking pass at all. The system is easy to use.

This was the first time I have not had trouble with a parking ap in the city. Was finished in 10 minutes.

Getting to the parking took forever, spent 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my parking spot, not even in the parking garage that I reserved.

The checkout process was ok. I entered my credit card number, and checked out. Then on the confirmation page it showed that my last 4 were not the same as my card I entered, nor a card I even have.

It still charged my card, so 3 star because I was hoping it won't charge me. :)

Outstanding, going to soldier field for red hot chili peppers, best place to park is Waldron South lot, parking.com hooked me up 👍👍

Paid 40% more than just going to the event. People at gate didn't know anything about it. Was supposedly a bar code to scan, that wasn't on the receipt.

I'm glad they let me Park anyway, but I think this is a scam.

Haven't even been to the parking lot yet as this will be a one time useage only for a college football game.

I paid days before event and on the day of game I tried parking here and was turned away because there were no more spots left.

This is ridiculous.

Update it has now been 8 days since event and 7 days since review and I have not been contacted. ( 9-16-19 )

Paid for Waldron lot and it was full. You don't get what you pay for. I could of paid less for where I ended up.

When I arrived to the parking lot I was 2 minutes behind my friend, we wanted to park our vehicles next to each other. This was not allowed. There wasn't even any cars behind me, there was no reason that I could see why they would not allow us to park next to each other. We had to carry all the food and drinks from his car to mine, for no reason at all. The Rugby Day event was all day. Our plan was to tailgate before the main event game at 3pm, watch the one game then come back out and continue to tailgate as we have in the past Rugby events. There was a no remittance policy so once we left the game we knew we could not get back in. We were not aware the we would not be allowed to continue to tailgate after we left the stadium. We were kicked out of the parking lot at 5pm. We each paid 55 dollars to tailgate only to get threatened by your guards that we were trespassing and would be arrested. Ridiculous! We will never go tailgate again at Soldier Field! Hope USA Rugby will pick a different city altogether for their next event.

You just paying 10% over standard rate. Worthless service. Shame!!!!
