To expensive

The app to pay for parking was easy to use and very convenient. The parking lot however was not very clean, garbage, feces (not sure if it was animal or human) and vomit. Regular cleaning would be nice.

Park elsewhere. The company clearly did not read the email I sent nor look at the proof that parking was paid. Greed at it's finest.

My invoice to turn in for work reimbursement are sporadic. I have parked 3 times and have only received on invoice and my email is in profile.

Pricey for the amount of time

Great website and payment method for my needs. Only criticism is that it shouldn’t be the price I paid for 4 hours to add a half hour. I thought I’d run a little late so I wanted to add a half hour. $12 please. I refused. Luckily, I made it back to my car in time. Shouldn’t be that much to add a little extra time. Seems predatory.

Quick and easy

Terrible experience. Instructions not easy to follow. Much too expensive

Rolling the time over at 4:00am is unconscionable. If I have to leave it overnight, I can’t use your facility. I tried to park at 11:00pm to leave at 7:00 the next morning, but I had to make other arrangements because your robot would only authorize me until 4:00 am. Shame on you!

Worked, but was NOT fast

The app doesn't work, at all.

The QR code was not hard to use, but it IS a lot of information to put in. However, when I found out that I would need MORE time, there wasn't any way to add time except to pay the same amount all over again. Later, when I received a text that my FIRST amount was almost gone, I saw that I could add time then. I wish I had known that in the beginning.

I’d give zero, but that isn’t an option. I was sent a “reminder” text at the same time stamp as the violation left on my car. I was walking to my car when I got it. I’ve disputed the $72 charge that was in addition to the $20 that I paid for “event” parking when the event was over. From what I’ve read, my dispute will be resolved only because they’ve sold the debt to a collection agency. Be careful because this is a scam.

I got my window smashed and someone robbed me. I'm not happy about the situation.
