Good Parking - Frustrating admin confusion!

We paid ParkingBox via a website "comparecheapairportparking.co.uk" for a Park&Ride service to LHR T4.

They directed us to park in the car park of Novotel West Drayton (currently not open to the public). The actual parking service went off without a hitch - Hooray!

However - a week after our return, a parking charge notice arrived from ParkMaven with a demand for payment under threat of legal action.
After numerous attempts to discover exactly why this had happened, I had had no useful replies from ParkingBox, Novotel OR ParkMaven, so I threw in the towel and, hoping to recover the cost via a debit card chargeback, went to ParkMaven's payment website... To discover that the charge had been cancelled without explanation and without my being informed!
So two weeks of pointless fretting and anger due to poor admin and communications. Grrrr!
