Got in touch with this company as I had received a parking notice from a private company. I had already written an appeal but the company insisted that the charges still stand.
I paid £50 via The Good Customer company to Parking mate who said that they would write a witness statement to the court and send me a copy, they did nothing, and when I send messages to them via email, I am directed to their whatsapp page but get no response. Whilst they may have helped some people based on the reviews ( if the reviews are genuine), they did nothing for me and took my money

I contacted this company based on the reviews and the circumstances I received a fine from CEL. Paid for them to ‘write’ a letter of appeal which got rejected and have tried to contact them for advice on the contents of the letter from CEL to no avail. Email address when used comes back as unable to deliver, tried what’s app and got automated message advising to send a message on the website. Tried that told I was not authorised!! Waste of time think I would have had more of a chance if I had explained the circumstances.

Im not recommend to waist your money,they sending probably same letter for everyone who buy this service, i lost all appeals and no futher help from them,i think better i would apeal and use my own words in letter explaining situation rather then upload their letter, im not recommending, dont waist money just use your own words when making appeal

took 4 minutes to complete their online form. A letter is automatically emailed to the robbing parking fine business. The fine was cancelled. Thank you Parking Mate
