Recently purchased our Jaguar E Pace from Parkland Motors. We were looked after by Fedz who was great, friendly, knew what he was talking about and got our purchase through quickly and completely stress-free.

An issue was found on the morning of collection with the window when performing the checks, but a new part was ordered and we were allowed to take it home that afternoon still and the work is to be booked in.

The car was in great condition, clean and all the paperwork was provided, with a free three-month warranty included also.

After a couple of weeks searching for a car, this garage was like no other, truly excelling in its customer service, experience and professionalism. We highly recommend going to Parkland Motors.

I purchased a vehicle from this AA Dealer Promise accredited garage in August 2025. Within three months I reported excessive oil consumption and returned the car multiple times, but was repeatedly told “no fault found”by Ash.

I have now had the vehicle assessed by Volvo, who confirmed a serious internal engine failure requiring a full engine rebuild. Volvo advised that the level of internal damage is consistent with a long‑standing defect that would have been present at the time of sale.

Despite reporting the issue early and giving the dealer several opportunities to investigate, the fault was not diagnosed and I did not receive fair or reasonable support. I am now escalating the matter through the AA’s ADR process.

This review reflects my personal experience so that other customers are aware of how my situation was handled

**⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely disappointing experience**

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Parkland Motors to think very carefully.

We purchased a Jaguar in good faith, only for it to develop a serious fault almost immediately. After agreeing to allow the vehicle to be repaired, we have experienced weeks of delays, repeated broken promises and an ongoing lack of communication.

Throughout the process we have had to chase almost every update ourselves. Emails have frequently gone unanswered, and despite making multiple telephone calls requesting a call back from the Aftersales Manager, we have still not received the courtesy of a response.

The most frustrating part is that our family holiday has been directly affected. We were forced to postpone it once because the vehicle wasn't repaired in time. We rearranged everything based on assurances that the repair would be completed, yet on the day before we were due to travel we were still unable to obtain a simple update as to whether our vehicle would be ready.

As a direct consequence, we have now had no option but to spend **£934.12** hiring another vehicle so that our family holiday can go ahead.

No customer should have to spend weeks chasing updates, be ignored when asking for urgent information, or incur significant additional expense because a dealership fails to communicate.

We are now seeking a full refund together with recovery of the additional costs we have incurred.

I sincerely hope Parkland Motors reflects on how this matter has been handled and improves its customer service so that no other family has to experience what we have.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Parkland Motors.

Great experience buying our car

We had been hunting for a new car after a car accident and had been going round different garages and we came to parkland motors where staff was welcomed us and was not all over you to buys something, they where happy to help with any questions or keys we wanted to look around the cars. We was after a car me wheelchair would fit in the boot and easy for me to drive. We delt with fedz mostly he was polite and knowledgeable of all cars we asked about. We really liked the C5 aircross and my partner was not with me at time due to his injury. So fedz tuck details and emailed me a link so I could reserve the car if wanted.parkleland was very understanding that we need to wait for insurance. I would recommend them to others to go have a look around as very caring staff. Fedz has even checked in to see how we are getting on in our new car which is really nice thank you so much for makeing buying a car easy and friendly

I had a very positive experience buying my pre-loved Car from Parkland motor .
I saw three cars. I like the look of on their website, and decided to make the just under 500 mile round-trip from Devon to their showroom in Loughborough.
All the cars I looked at were in great condition and seemed to have been looked after very well.
At no point did I feel pressurised by overly keen salesman? I was just given the keys to the cars and basically just left for as long as I liked to inspect the vehicles.
I eventually chose a BMW which I took for a test drive and liked very much.

The whole experience was very friendly and relaxed, and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it at all.
If you are thinking of buying a car from Parkland motors please say hello to Fedz for me, the salesman who I bought my car from, he was extremely friendly and very nice man who made the whole process very straightforward and simple.

Well what can I say ,what a great experience buying a car from parklandmoters,telmo the sales person I'd booked an appointment with was brilliant from start to finish 10/10 ,I had the car delivered to my address and the delivery guy rang a hour before arrival car delivered all clean and washed as promised, could not recommend them enough great experience and service👍

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a car in good faith, but soon discovered several serious issues that were not disclosed before the sale. The air conditioning wasn't working, and I later found out that the AdBlue system had been removed and deleted from the vehicle's software, which is a major concern.
When I contacted the dealer to discuss these problems, they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. I have since had the car inspected and have evidence of the issues.
I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Be sure to have any car thoroughly inspected before purchasing, as my experience has been stressful, costly, and very disappointing.

Bought my BMW M340i from Parkland Motors and had a genuinely good experience.

The whole process was relaxed with no pushy sales tactics, which I really appreciated. The car sold itself, and I was given the space to have a proper look around it and make my own mind up.

Communication was good throughout, and when I noticed a small paint issue that hadn't been obvious in the advert, they were fair about it and we came to an agreement that we were both happy with.

I've had the car for three weeks now and it's been faultless. Really happy with both the car and the service, and I'd happily recommend them.

We dealt with Fedz who made the process really stress free which is exactly what you want when making a big purchase. Fedz was really laid back but a total professional, there was no pressure from him like usual salesmen at dealerships and this really made all the difference! I was opposite Benton Asda when the signage caught my eye. Parkland Motor Company ( White signage on a black background) I was in the market for exchanging my 3 door Skoda Citigo for a five door Skoda Fabia.My luck was in they had a Fabia, one owner, low mileage with full service history.
