Absolutely delighted with the Parla tablets . My teeth feel fantastic and look and feel clean, really white and very shiny . Easy to use . So happy with the ethics of the product and no compromise on results .

They’re brilliant for travelling, taste great, and I love the thought that’s gone into making the whole range more sustainable. I love my Parla toothpaste! The ingredients are cleaner, my teeth feel so smooth after using it and it’s completely plastic free! Anything I can do to reduce my plastic footprint on this planet is amazing!

Please avoid this company.
Like so many other customers we experienced a substantial delay in receiving the products. The customer service is appalling and emails do not receive a response for days. When they arrived the metal tube cracked. The other reason to avoid this company is the clever tricks to trap you into a subscription. According to many reviews the products are not as promised. This company pay for individuals and businesses to recommend their products, a friend who is a dentist has been offered all sorts of incentives to push them.

I bought the dental floss from Ocado.

When carefully pulling the floss out it breaks easily in small pieces and I couldn’t even manage to floss my teeth. When I did manage to get some large enough it snapped on first attempt every time. Really disappointing and such a terrible product. I won’t be trying any of your other products as a result as I am not expecting good things if you are happy to sell such a poor product to your customers.

Great product and excellent customer service.

I've been trying to make little changes that make a big difference, both for being a bit more eco but also to support British brands and British made products. Parla fits both of these. A British made product which removed unnecessary water from being transported around within the product, in fully recyclable packaging.

The product is great, albeit does take a little bit getting used to the texture, taste and lower levels of foam which you may be used to from typical commercial toothpastes, but once you have tried it for a few days, it becomes normal. It's actually quite nice that it isn't as sweet as other products too. Being someone with sensitive teeth, the pro line works really well for me (having come from sensodyne) and I find my teeth feel cleaner for longer.

The mouthwash packs a kick, leaving a minty freshness. Some constructive feedback for the company would be to keep the number of units per jar the same between the toothpaste tabs and the mouthwash, as otherwise it means running out at different times and can leave you short if you haven't ordered enough in advance/ahead.

I would also like to see a slightly prompter dispatch, but that's a minor point.

There was a slight snafu with a delivery, royal mails fault, not Parla, but Parla still took ownership of the issue and worked to put it right. I was impressed with Hannah's kindness and professionalism from the customer service team.

Overall, a top quality product. Makes it more eco, from a British brand with no compromise on the quality. Great work!

Am very pleased with the whitening toothpaste. Haven’t tried their other products yet.
Am sure teeth are looking lots better. Reduced stains and plaque. Mouth feels a lot fresher after use.
Takes effort to develop a good oral hygiene routine. Including one of the best toothpastes is key. Parla of course!
Seems expensive but you do not need a lot of paste, so actually reasonably economic. Would definitely recommend.
Was key part of my first serious attempt to improve appearance by daily oral routine. Contains my preferred form of Hydroxyapatite, biomimetic micro, so very pleased. Had to email to find out, so hope they will make that clear in future.

I absolutely LOVE the pärla tabs! These mouthwash tabs are so fresh and good, they make my mouth feel clean immediately.

I did not get the whitening results I expected from the toothpaste. I have been trying to return my order for a week and a half now. Customer service is non-responsive at best and completely unsatisfactory. Do not order products from this company.

I saw the whitening toothpaste and the tabs on offer at Waitrose even though I go to my hygienist every 6 months and have very minimal plaque my teeth do pick up stains I have tried so many whitening toothpastes strips mouthwashes etc., none seem that effective so I was sceptical however, the tabs seem to work I struggled a bit at first I thought chewing them created too much saliva and I thought I was wasting a lot spitting it out so I started crushing them and mixing with the whitening toothpaste I have noticed a difference for sure, my teeth do look whiter with daily use, but the most noticeable part is how clean, fresh and polished my teeth feelfor me it has been an unexpected but excellent result

Love these tablets ..really happy with Parla as a company and their customer service is excellent.The products work for me and if I’ve ever run out and had to use an alternative I notice it on my teeth so will be using them for the foreseeable

The tablets are crunchy, taste good and my dentist confirms my dental hygiene is excellent. It’s good not to be contributing to plastic waste. The company is responsive to queries.
