I purchased a Scarlett Chested Parakeet that died within 4 days of arriving at my house. A necropsy showed the bird tested positive for Wasting Disease. The Dr stated the bird had to be shipped with testing positive. Many people have left reviews with birds dying. Do your research!

Beware! These people are dishonest and will scam you. First, they sent me the wrong color bird. It was shipped in a tiny cage, and when it arrived, there was no water in the cage, and it was highly traumatized. It was delivered via post office, and it was so quiet that the workers thought it was dead. It was not a hand-fed tame baby bird. It was terrified of everything. I asked for a partial refund due to it being the wrong color, and they refused.

Had a miscommunication, but they worked with me to resolve the problem. Healthy parrotlet delivered with care.

If I could rate no stars I would. To start with My bird was shipped through USPS..very cruel, he was extremely traumatized and looked very rough with tattered, dirty feathers when he arrived. He finally started letting us handle him after a few weeks ( came completely unsocialized and would bite ). He then started slowly losing feathers. Over a 3 month period I became extremely attached to him working with him every day and exhausting every option to get him to stop losing feathers and grow new ones. Everyone just thought it was a hard molt since he was eating but looking back he was pale too. One day he was very weak and just fell off his perch like a stone. I made a vet appointment for the next day and he died in the night. I was so traumatized, I’m still traumatized!! And so angry!! This bird mill is inhumane and selling sick birds. Hopefully my other two parrots I got somewhere else don’t catch what ever he had :( Cerwinn acted like he cared and led us to believe he would replace him then just completely ghosted us for a few months. When he finally reached back out he said he owed us nothing and was very rude, which completely blindsided us. They only care about money and not the health of the birds.

I had a great experience, and the owner, Cerwin, was a very honest guy. Would I do business with him again? Yes

DON'T BUY FROM ParrotCrown.com I bought a Rosy Bourke parrot about three months ago from ParrotCrown.com via USPS. I noticed it didn't look as healthy as the Rosy Bourke I've had for three years. Its feathers didn't look healthy, it had accumulated droppings around its vent, and it spent a lot of time sleeping. At first, I thought it was stress from the trip, but after a few days, it got worse and finally died. They say they aren't responsible if the bird catches a virus during shipping, but I know perfectly well that this bird left their aviary like that. Right now, I'm trying to save my Rosy Bourke parrot, which I've had for three years and was perfectly healthy, because it got infected by the bird they sent me. I gave them my money, had to endure the terrible experience of watching the bird die in front of me, and now I'm trying to save my bird of several years.

I was looking to buy Amazon parrot and found that Parrotcrown.com has them in stock . I called Parrotcrown.com and Cerwinn answered the phone . I had lots of questions . Cerwinn patiently answered all my questions . After reading all the reviews and doing research I was still bit suspicious.... but Cerwinn called me again , we spoke and I decided to place an order . Payment process was very easy . I started impatiently wait until Cerwinn ship the package . Forgot to mentioned that I bought 2 Amazons from Parrotcrown.com . Package was delivered to JFK. Solid box with lots of food . Both parrots looked amazing after long travel . Cerwinn called same day to follow up delivery and gave me more advices about parrots . Both parrots looks and feel beautiful and getting used to the new environment.
I can't say enough positive words about Parrotcrown.com especially Cerwinn . My experience with this company very positive . Highly recommended sellers .
If you buy a bird pick only Air service for delivery . It's maybe more expensive, but well worth it. Birds will arrive healthy and Happy .

My name is Gilbert I ordered 2 beautiful baby green parakeets on Sep 18, 2024 my receipt number 20154. I understood I took risk buying 2 beautiful lives and man to my surprise these babies brought so much life in my life. My 2 baby parakeets arrived safely through USPS and the babies were well packed with food & water for the entire trip. I have the cutest baby pics of my 2 green parakeets, would definitely buy from ParrotCrown.com again. The people who say nay to parrotcrown.com must not know how to take care of birds because man these babies receive are the best and I own other parakeets! Thanks Parrot Crown!

This company is fantastic. I’ve ordered several birds from them and they are always both gorgeous and healthy. They are packaged well in a cage with snacks and water (which they use). They care about their birds, I’ve gotten a call asking if I’d take a birds friend as well because they are bonded babies since I wanted a certain color. I agreed and it was the best decision. Happy customer

Called several times, sent emails to inquire about shipping with no answer. Bird shipped on a Wednesday, i picked up at post office on Saturday. Bird shipped was a common green cheek conure, not a pineapple like I ordered. Bird died on the Tuesday after receiving it. Will be filing a claim in small claims court. They cannot use the excuse that I have no experience with birds, I handled baby cockatiels and conures when I was in my 20s, and had them lead a long and happy life

The bird was received in excellent condition. The vet that did the evaluation was very impressed with the quality of the bird and its health. The people at Parrotcrown were very professional and also made our experience personal. We ordered on Monday and the bird was received on Friday. It came in the perfect crate and had provisions to keep it healthy during the flight. I highly recommend them.

I ordered Zebra Finches from ParrotCrown.com on 5-20. Shipped 5-28. Received 5-31. They arrived in a small cage inside a small box. There was plenty of seed and spray millet in the cage, plus some apple and orange and a water dish with a sponge. The birds arrived in good shape. Future improvement: I recommend that they slice the orange and apple on both sides in case the fruit flips over during shipping.

I was lied to about the age of the bird I bought. I requested a baby male, and their website has you specify age. I wanted one who had not gone through it's first molt yet. The one I received had clearly gone through at least that molt, if not 10 more, and was apparently some type of rescue. The bird was traumatized and after 5 months I rehomed him with a family who could help him with his depression. I will never buy another bird like that, and cannot recommend these people. Bad communication, and even a fear the bird had been in the mail longer than expected. Not worth any of it. Don't buy a bird you can't meet first.

This pet store/breeder fraudulently sold me a pineapple green cheek parrot that was supposed to be a baby and was supposed to be hand feed and tame. I can deal with the bird not being tame but i was sold a bird that was 5 years old. I did not find out till today when i took the bird to have his nails trimmed by a breeder. I was told today that my bird is 5 years old. the payment was made under the name of Parrots for Sale

I bought a yellow nape Amazon parrot for my wife’s birthday. It was shipped via USPS. The bird arrived deathly sick. We were able to get an emergency vet visit at Colorado State University Animal Hospital the following morning where they evaluated the bird and suggested we put him down to end the suffering. Cerwin from parrot crown begged us not to and that the bird just needed hand feeding. The vet administered fluids under the skin and gave us several medications and antibiotics and an emergency formula to feed. The poor bird passed the next day. It was the most traumatic experience ever. After notifying Cerwin of the passing he refused to return our money and only offered a replacement at a discounted rate of $1,500. Do not buy from here. I will forever have the image of that poor bird laying dead in the cage for my life. Please just avoid.

I am happy to receive my rosy bourke parakeet. It was a little stressful because of the California fires. It took two times for them to send my bird. Not their fault. They did communicate this to me and everything went smooth. My bird came in a small cage with lots of food and fruit. She looks healthy and is singing and eating. I had not issues with this company. I would buy from them again.
