I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered front brake pads from CF moto 850. The product description is misleading and made me believe I was ordering a complete set of front brake pads. Instead, I received pads for only one front wheel.

With shipping to Germany, the total cost was around €60, which is extremely expensive for what I actually received. To make matters worse, I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the misleading product description caused the mistake. I do not think this is fair to customers.

I also found a complete set of front and rear brake pads on AliExpress for the same price and with identical quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying this product from this store due to the misleading description and unreasonable return policy.

Great customer service, quick to reply. Bought Tesseract storage boxes front and rear for my 2025 625L, with a couple Tesseract jerry cans. Packaged well, fast to get everything shipped off. Everything is perfect. Feels so good to have found a trustworthy company!

I placed Order #2793 on March 14, 2026, with a total value of €441.95. The shipping method stated at checkout was GLS EU, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. Despite this, I did not receive proper shipment confirmation or a valid tracking number within that timeframe.
After waiting far beyond the stated delivery window, I contacted the seller and clearly requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. My instruction was explicit. Instead of replying properly and resolving the matter, they ignored my request and only created a GLS shipping label afterward. Creating a label is not the same as honoring a cancellation request, nor does it excuse the lack of communication.
What made this experience especially frustrating was not only the delay, but the complete absence of professional handling. There was no timely response, no proper accountability, and no serious effort to resolve the issue after I formally asked for a refund.
From a customer service and order management perspective, this was unacceptable. When a customer has been left without shipment transparency and then explicitly asks for cancellation and refund, the seller should respond immediately and act accordingly.
