I ordered a headlight assembly (Left) for a 2011 Ford Ikon on the 29th of September 2026. To date, no order number is available, and no correspondence has been received. Payment was debited; still waiting for a response.

Hi, I've been waiting for my order for over 12 days, and it is still showing as processing. I was promised that it would be shipped within a week, but there has been no update so far.
I paid ₹3,772, and this delay is unacceptable. I have already raised a formal payment dispute.
I need you to either dispatch my order within the next 48 hours and provide a valid tracking number or cancel it and issue a full refund.
Please take this seriously and resolve the issue instead of giving me another generic response.

They don't even deserve 1 star, you can take it as they are fake though all will say they are real.
Once you do the payment then they will not send you any details nor they answer your calls or reply to your messages, it is quite frustrating. It is better to buy from the shop directly or order from the shop, but don't trust parts big boss.

JUST ORDERED Car International Door Lock W/Key Zen Right CI-1011R for my maruti zen 1998 model.Payment was made from my end as the amount has been debited from my account and an oder id is also given to me which is 100235006.website says payment has not been made so when i am trying to repay it,it says payment has been made for this product.when i track this order,it says no order has been made from this order id.amount has been debited from my account for this order.
i think this is purely a fake website as no customer care number is available for it.one number which is given is switched off.

I have ordered and in for the headlight for my Hyundai Getz car. It has been one month and three days since I advance paid. Despite asking about this several times, I have not received any response. Therefore, if you buy any such item from this PARTS BIGG BOSS store, do not pay until the customer receives the item. This is a fraudulent company.

I ordered a spare from PBB on August 13th and paid upfront, at first there was no confirmation of the order via WhatsApp or SMS or email, after several follow ups I was provided with a order ID with a promise that I would receive the said spares within 8 to 10 working days. I am yet to receive any update on my order, all attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful, there is no point of contact or any semblance of customer Service, very disappointing. Should have known better, considering their reputation. Would not recommend at all.

My car parts I am unable to find in market or Amazon and Flipkart but I found in this site and order, site is very reliable I got my product and price is also good I am very happy thanks a lot parts big boss

I just got saved by the reviews. I may lose ₹560/- approx for the COD parts I have already ordered just earlier today. Was planning to order a lot of spares for my car, however after reading others bad experiences, I am not going to do so. Someone needs to caution customers through other forums too so that they aren't stuck with no response and end up in litigation. After I had placed my initial order, I came across the phone number which is switched off. That's when I wanted to check the reviews to see if there was something fishy going on. Let's see if they can prove me wrong and despatch what little I have ordered today.

My Order #100234327 pending till today the 5th Sept 2026. I have order on 3rd Sept 2026. No update is available on this website. Can not tracking order #. Showing Order ID is not available. I think this is fraud website. Please take necessary action ASAP.

Failing to which shall result in a FIR with Ghaziabad Cyber And Police for negligence and fraud under section 420. I'm forced to tag CP as no action was taken by hierarchy officers.

I have ordered for MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO tail light (left). I paid amount when the payment has been over the pop up showed order number: 100234042. When I tried to track order it shows that "Order ID not found". Then I tried to call them the number given on website always says switched off. These people are fraudsters. I am going to file case in the consumer forum. Don't trust these frauds.

I have ordered from this website on 15 aug 2026 , the website states that it will be delivered in 5-7 days but even after 13 days I haven’t received the product and the website have not even updated so person can even track the product it shows that it hasn’t been dispatched yet and the customer care number is switched off and I have mailed them on 24 aug and also a reminder on 25 but no one responded, what to expect now

Does any have any contact number to contact parts big boss. I have ordered a car part and its taking forever, and website shows still processing. Tried to contact via email but no response. And the payment is already done. Is there any way to get refund.

The supplier doesn't consider it necessary to update their tracking page. It always shows "Processing". When they issue a ticket on a complaint lodged, nothing happens and the status remains at "Processing'.
Got their phone number (88262266670) from a different site. They responded and assured me of their assistance. However their response quality is not up to the mark. Let me see what happens.
I shouldn't have paid in advance to such a supplier

I have ordered 2 items (side mirrors) from them almost a month back. Order no: 100232731. So far no updates. Its keeps showing as processing only. No ways to contact them or track the item. Even there is no option to cancel the order. Pathetic

Its been 4 days but no response from the party. The customer number is switched off . Am going to file a complaint against this party in consumer court for breaching of trust and for luring public money by creating fake profiles..
