I have yet to receive my refund after shipping the items back.

They make you pay for return shipping

Sorry for the delay, We raised return request on Jul 25, 2023. once we received the part back to us it will be inspected by our Quality team and then we issue refund. It takes like 8-10 business days once we received the product back.

We initiated refund on Aug 11, 2023.

What makes for a good experience?

The parts I'm looking for are in stock and ready to ship the day I order them. Can't ask for faster service than that.
Also important to me is good packing. My parts arrive without damage because they're boxed and packed properly.
Appreciate the low prices & great service from Parts FE!
