This is an amazing service, which I never knew existed. Their website was easy to navigate with lots of choices of games etc. Once booked we were kept informed with all regular updates, the games arrived by courier, on time. Everyone at the party had fun playing the games, it made our summer party much more fun. Packing away and collection was easy and a smooth process. Highly recommended and we will certainly come back for any future events. Thank you

We hired 15kg of Lego from Party Chest for our son’s birthday party. The booking process was really easy. They deliver the Lego a few days before the party and collect it from your home the day after - it was so convenient! We received everything that had been promised and were pleased with the variety of Lego pieces. The kids had a great time and the tidy up was easier than I feared! I would definitely hire from this company again. A really professional service.

Cannot fault this company. We hired the Lego experience and our son loved it! Delivered in a large box with clear instructions and party games. Delivery and collection was spot on! Only issue was that we didn’t receive a one hour collection window due to us providing the wrong mobile number however, a quick call to Party Chest and they provided it over the phone. Thank you for a great service and we will be using you again!

This was excellent, ordered on Thursday as a last minute surprise and had a full kids party delivered on the Monday morning. Great fun, very easy to arrange and simple instructions

Worst experience. Avoid! I ordered an urgent item for next day delivery and it did not arrive until the following week, therefore missed the party date. Party chest blamed the courier however the courier confirmed (with date stamps) that the delay was from party chest. I asked for feedback on this from the company and a refund. They did neither. I had to follow up again after 2 weeks. Clearly uninterested.

Second time ordering the karaoke package. The service is second to none, the equipment and instructions are excellent and the company is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish our experience with party chest was amazing, easy to order and pick a date, you can pay in instalments too which is always helpful with a december birthday. I was a bit nervous doing a nerf gun party with 16 5 to 6 year olds but with the games and instructions provided everything was a breeze and no injuries. Equipment was plentyful and easy to set up. A whole party in a box. I will definitely be using again in the future and have recommended to so many already who asked where we got the set up!

Harry and Lucie are both so helpful. Harry was professional and gave us lots of ideas without pressure. Had everything you could possibly want to make any party very special. We hired the karaoke which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We also had decorations, balloons and outdoor games which kept both the children and adults entertained. Would not hesitate to use party chest in the future. Quality of all products is excellent, service is outstanding. Thank you party chest for helping to make our party night fabulous x
