This company are in a league above other balloon companies. Their balloons are STUNNING and really are a masterpiece for any occasion. Customer service is amazing and they care about delivering your orders in time and in perfect condition, unlike many other companies. The feather ones are breathtaking and the mini balloons inside a balloon are gorgeous. I especially love that you can get a personalized name or message written on them. if you’re wanting a gift that wows, this is your company!

I ordered multiple balloons for my mother’s 80th birthday and they were both elegant and sophisticated.
There is an extensive choice which also includes the option of personalisation.
The balloons were delivered on time and packed perfectly.
All in all excellent service.

I have paid alot for a bouquet of balloons for my daughter's 30th Birthday. Unfortunately, when they arrived and we opened the box one if the balloons was quite deflated. Also the 4 small balloons around the large clear balloon were also very small in size. I took photos and explained and was told in happened in transit. My argument is surely all or most if the balloons would have been damaged?? On my daughter's actual Birthday the faulty ballin was worse another photo taken. I was refunded £5.00 and told to cut it off the display. They are supposed to be guaranteed for at least 5- ,7 days according to the website. They are not worth the money. I am sure there are far better companies out there that offer a better customer service and don't blame the delivery company.

bought this for my sister and we all loved it! however my brother in law popped it too hard so the inner balloon did pop! Still beautiful nonetheless

Half the balloons arrived the day before, then I had the rest 4 days later. Balloons in good condition and customer service was helpful

I put an order in last minute for my daughters 16th,and had very quick response,and was abke to cater to what i was after,very quick delivery,it came the next day,as they wanted to make sure the weather didnt disrupt,so very fast in sorting it,good communication and the balloon is beautiful and still perfect a week later,will definitely be using again

I ordered a balloon for my Mum's 70th and it was even nicer than the photo when it arrived. She was delighted with it. There was a slight delay with delivery (by a few hours) and someone was in touch with me at the earliest opportunity - keeping me up to date and refunding the extra I'd paid for delivery by a certain time. Excellent customer service. Would use again.

The balloon arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition and looked simply gorgeous.
I was extremely happy both with the quality of the balloon and the Customer Service. I had to contact them to sort out the delivery - the response was immediate and very helpful. My communication with the staff (Victoria) was efficient and polite. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much for my Disney balloon. We ordered one for our daughter to announce our trip to disney world. Not only is the balloon amazing and personalised but the customer service was amazing. They kept me fully informed at all times with the delivery (with the royal mail strikes and courier delays) and it came right on time all because they worked hard in making sure that it did. When ever i had a worry or a query they replied and gave me the information i needed. I have recommended to family and friends, really impressed with the service and quality, thank you!

Disappointed with the product provided. For the amount paid, the balloon does not stand up in the air, keep dropping to the ground, the writing is not smoothly printed - in all honestly, I have paid less and got better qualities from local stores. This is the upset as my wife is returning from holiday and this was supposed to match with other balloons. Requested a refund and waiting a for a response
