The service was exceptional. I received the items within 2 days of placing the order. This beautiful couple helped me choose a fantastic tie and pocket square combination for an upcoming wedding. Their replies were also very swift. I also bought another tie for a formal event. I will continue ordering from here going forward. Ho acquistato due cravatte dal Signor Cerutti e il prodotto ha rispettato a pieno le mie aspettative: tessuti di altissima qualità, cuciture completamente fatte a meno, precisione nel taglio dei tessuti con stampe e fantasie.
La mancanza di fodera consente di dare ai nodi un bel movimento e conferisce al prodotto stesso una bellissima leggerezza.
Da non dimenticare i bellissimi ricami fatti dalla Signora Cerutti.

Le cravatte acquistate sono un vero prodotto artigianale e bespoke.

I tempi di consegna sono molto lunghi e sarebbe necessario tenere il cliente più informato sullo stato della lavorazione. La qualità del prodotto ripaga però a pieno l' attesa.

I've been a customer for over 2 years now and on my 6th Passaggio 7-fold tie. I frequently wear them in rotation for they are simply a joy to wear — from meetings, to dates, to over a nice cup of espresso in a neighborhood café. The vintage silks, fun patterns, and handmade 7 fold construction is an experience one feels but is difficult to articulate with words.

The waiting times are worth it, for these are all made by hand and by a small team with a client list.

Gianni and his wife Marta are skill artist. Lovely fabrics and very high quality. It has been worth waiting for.

I ordered two ties and Gianni sent me two pieces of beautiful craftmenship. Til now I regularly bought Hèrmes ties. Now, having received those Gianni made, I ask myself why. His are much more valueable. This was my first but surely not my last order!

I found Passagio an absolute pleasure to deal with and to find someone who makes ties that are longer is and woth so much precision and still be handmade is extraordinary bravo !
(And hermes only make skinny ties now 🤷‍♂️)

Received my order - the quality is exceptional, but don’t expect your order in 30 days. In my case, it was about 3 months.

Do not buy from those guys, you can stay 1 year to receive you tie and you don’t receive, they just steal your money and don’t even care about your emails and requests

La fattura e la cura dei dettagli sono eccelsi, i tessuti meravigliosi, mai banali e spesso diversi dal solito. A Gianni e a Marta va tutta la mia stima per come interpretano l'eleganza classica maschile declinandola in accessori splendidi e meravigliosamente curati.

I've been a Passaggio Cravatte customer for a long time. Of the hundreds of ties I own, those made by Gianni and his wife Marta are my favorites, the ones I choose for special occasions as well as everyday wear. The workmanship and attention to detail are superb, the fabrics wonderful, never boring and often unique. I have complete respect for Gianni and Marta for their interpretation of classic masculine elegance, translating it into splendid and wonderfully crafted accessories.

I have four ties made by Gianni and his team. Two are monogrammed, and I have never received so many compliments before. The ties are absolutely superb, but be patient as they are handmade and these things take time.

items never received - order and paid for in early Feb, now early July and still not received

I have ordered second one tie. I made order on 17.03.25 y. and I'm still waiting... last order I have made was for 7 folds tie, but I have received 3 folds tie. As compensation - Gianni ofered me another one 7 folds tie in price of 3 folds and fast realisation of ordered tie. It is slower than slow. I hope it will be eventualy made and it will be 7 folds. After next 2 weeks I will just cancel whole order.

I considered leaving my review as a four star one, just because of the delivery timing so many people have stated before me.
However, and to be true, the ties made by Marta and Gianni don’t deserve that penalty.
Yes, it is true that I would have loved to receive them inside a box with an engraved Passaggio Cravatte logo and wrapped with care on silk paper with the same colour as the box interior instead of plain transparent plastic tie bags.
Yes, I would have loved to see the ties have their Passaggio Cravatte labels on the back, just because anytime someone would ask where I had bought such beautiful ties I could show them straight from the tie.
Yes, these are the details that added to the quality standards you will find when you receive the ties would have made them Royalty level, as the ties themselves are unique, deserved to the most gentlemanship one can imagine. As if you had bought the Stradivarius of ties.
I just wish and hope the family can find a sustainable way to achieve these standards. I guess that in the meantime this is their price to pay to remain independent.
Believe me the ties are outstanding. I bought four, and yes it took around three months from the first one I ordered but I was not in a hurry and it took just a month from my last purchase to receive them altogether. As I took this purchase as if I had ordered a painting, I left the craftsmanship take its time. I am so happy in the end. I feel I have the ties that will go with me till’ the end of my days.

I purchased ties in the past. They arrived late, ridiculously late, but I was at least happy with them when eventually they turned up. They were well made and beautiful.
I ordered another. I asked for it to be delivered by mid-May, comfortably exceeding the 30 day delivery policy, and was promised that it would arrive by then.
It arrived at the end of June. However, on this occasion it was poorly made. The seam is very uneven and unprofessional.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
