I paid this company for a faster course in December 2023, a year has passed and we still haven't completed the lessons. Their drivers always find an excuse and don't come to the lesson. They don't give your money back when you ask for a refund. Please be very careful.

I had a great experience with this company who found me an instructor called Afsana, who promptly helped me pass my driving test first time!

Great company, made everything so easy for me, found me a great instructor and I passed first try! Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a way to pass quickly.

My Instructor Afsana was great, I passed within just 2 weeks and only had 1 minor. Really great team and very helpful! I appreciate them all for all the help.

The instructor Mary was incredible sorted all my hours, 20 in total, in one week and then once the test date was confirmed brilliantly she had organised it so the test could be confirmed and it was great. Honestly was such a good decision and passing first time put icing on the cake. Overall the experience was great. Overall very satisfied.

I passed today with Jaimie , I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor she is absolutely AMAZING, she was so patient with me & without out her I wouldn’t have done it.

So Happy I’ve Just passed 😀and I can’t Thank the Amazing Jaimie enough. Having a hearing disability and the care and support Jaimie always showed to myself was amazing. I had a lovely experience with Aryana and Ben this morning. Paying that much amount of money comes with a long list of questions - both were extremely patient and very informative. I really appreciated their time and efforts in reassuring me in everything I needed to know.

I am so glad that I chose Pass Faster to complete my intensive driving course. After having many lessons in the past I felt ready to learn to drive again at 34 and wanted to complete my course over two weeks. I had specific dates and times and Sonia, Lin and Natalie were brilliant and so helpful. Their customer service was excellent and they found me an amazing instructor who was available for the dates I needed. They also found me a test date. I felt no stress because everything was organised for me.
I cannot recommend my instructor Darren enough. He is based in Liverpool and was so patient, kind and immediately put me at ease. I struggle with confidence driving and he really made me feel that I could do it. I’m pleased to say I passed in April and am now a driver!

I passed my test today and the driving school and everybody in there helped me get this achievement. I am glad I chose pass faster and Lin, Zoe and Natalie have been excellent throughout and had my back at every stage.
If you want a trusted team and the best instructors, go for pass faster!!! They are the best.

ARYANA from the customer support team was super helpful when I was having issues with my instructor and really made everything clear for me!

The initial response to my query was quick and I was booked in within a month. Marc was my assigned instructor and he was great. I did 10 hours to freshen up before a test and passed.

The process and teaching were perfect. Only thing I would suggest for the company is to update the website. It's quite antiquated and the pricing is unclear. Other than that my experience was perfect.
