Passive Instal レビュー

If I had known that working with Passive Instal would be this profitable, I would have invested in them 20 years ago. The company operates with exceptional professionalism, reliability, and a level of commitment that is truly rare today. Every stage of the project was clear, well‑managed, and executed with precision.

Passive Instal is a partner you can recommend with full confidence. Their quality, consistency, and results speak for themselves. Absolutely a 100% recommendation.

Passive Instal to partner, którego można polecić w 100%. Jakość, solidność i efekty ich pracy mówią same za siebie. Zdecydowanie polecam.

We are extremely pleased with the solar panel installation carried out by this company. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions. The installation was completed on time, and the workmanship was of a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the system was fully explained before the team left.

Since the installation, our solar panels have been performing excellently, and we are already seeing the benefits in our energy usage. It is reassuring to know that we are reducing our electricity costs while also helping the environment.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels. Excellent service, great communication, and outstanding results❤️

We had an incredible experience with Passive Install Solar. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish—everything was done with great precision, care and attention to detail. They were thorough, professional and worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a high standard.
When a small issue arose, they came back quickly to resolve it and made sure everything was finished properly. We really appreciated their commitment and hard work. Highly recommended!

We had our solar panels installed by Passive Instal and have been really pleased with the whole experience.

From the first consultation, everything was explained clearly. We were taken through the different options, how the system would work, and what made the most sense for our home. There was no sales pressure, just honest advice and answers to all our questions.

The installation team was fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and completed everything in just two days. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. All the cabling has been routed very neatly, the fuse box installation looks tidy and well organised, and they left everything clean when they finished.

Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Passive Instal to anyone considering solar panels.

It's been a while from instalation but I wanted to be sure about everything before my review.
The team was super friendly from start to finish and always happy to answer my questions. The workers showed up on time and were very respectful while doing the job. The installation went smoothly, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they really care about doing things properly. I’m seeing only the benefits, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting solar.

We had a great experience with Lucas at Passive Instal.

We didn't know much about solar panels beforehand and Lucas took the time to help us understand how it all works. There was no pressure at all and he actually encouraged us to get quotes from other companies once he'd explained what to look out for and what questions to ask. This helped us feel much more confident that we knew what we were looking for and could make an informed decision.

It quickly became obvious that not all quotes are like for like and the cheapest option isn’t always the best. Without Lucas' guidance we probably would’ve missed some pretty important differences in system design, safety, and long term performance.

Overall just a really honest and knowledgeable approach!

Would definitely recommend Lucas and Passive Instal to anyone thinking about solar and battery storage.

I had a bad experience with my first solar installer—poor workmanship, damaged roof, and no support. I later found PASSIVE INSTAL, and the difference was huge. Professional installation, proper protections, new earthing, and high-quality components (Hager). Everything was neat, well-organised, and fully handled—including paperwork and energy setup. After a year, the system runs perfectly, and their aftercare is excellent. No hidden costs, clear contract, full ownership. Not the cheapest, but reliable and worth it.

After much consideration, I decided to install photovoltaic panels on the roof of my house. I contacted Passive Instal to discuss the matter further, and after an initial assessment, they offered me a consultation at my home. They suggested several options, each tailored to my needs, and I decided to go ahead with the installation. Their knowledge, equipment, professionalism, attention to details, and top-notch customer service distinguishes them from all other so called installers, while excellent customer support dot the i's and cross the t's! There isn't really much to add, simply whole of the team went above and beyond.
It's a great company to deal with and I'm over the moon with the service received. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism. Łukasz, who prepared my offer, was extremely helpful – he patiently answered all of my questions (and there were quite a few 😊), explained everything clearly, and removed any doubts I had before making the decision.

The installation team also did an excellent job – they inspected the roof beforehand and carried out the installation of the solar panels and car charger quickly and efficiently. The work was completed to a very high standard, everything looks neat and tidy, and they left the place clean after finishing.

I am very satisfied with the whole process and can confidently recommend Passive-Instal to anyone considering solar panels or an EV charger.

Passive Instal installed solar panels for us in 1st of June 2024. From the first meeting with a company representative, everything was clearly explained to us, on the agreed installation day the team started working, everything was done professionally and quickly. We are pleasantly surprised that it was done so efficiently, cleaned up, packaging removed from the installation. The quality of service is excellent. We recommend Passive Instal 100%

Had a consultation with passive install very professional, very helpful and I didnt feel pressured. Looking forward to the install!

I contacted Passive Instal with a number of questions regarding the potential installation of some solar panels at my home. At all times they were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to provide me with important information on what would work best for my home and did not pressure me to buy their product, but instead focused on ensuring I was fully informed on the ins and outs of this type of product.

I recently had a 7.7 kWp solar panel system installed by Passive Instal, including a battery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're new to solar, the process can feel a bit overwhelming at first. However, everyone at Passive Instal is incredibly patient, and they’re more than willing to answer the same question multiple times, making sure you feel completely comfortable and informed.

The team guided us step-by-step, from installation to getting our export tariff set up. Thanks to their efficient support, everything was running smoothly within a month. Once installed, the system requires almost no involvement from your end—most upgrades and calibrations are done remotely, making it a seamless experience.

On installation day, the crew worked impressively fast, completing everything within a single (long) day despite a bit of miscommunication with the scaffolding. They were still able to fit the panels on both sides of the roof, which was a great effort. The installation itself was done to the highest standard, with all cables and wiring neatly tucked away, almost invisible. Indoors, all connections were cleanly run to the garage, where the battery and inverter are housed. The end result is fantastic, both in function and appearance.

The Passive Instal team is not only skilled but also friendly, approachable, and highly communicative. Any questions are answered quickly, and you genuinely feel valued as a customer. We even ended up with 14 panels for the price of 12, which was a nice surprise!

The system comes with a mobile app and a more detailed web version, both of which are regularly updated, enhancing the overall user experience.

I would definitely recommend Passive Instal to anyone considering solar—excellent service, professional installation, and great support throughout!

Passive-install is a great option for solar panels which involves minimal maintenance and hassle-free operation. It allows your solar panel system to generate electricity efficiently without any active intervention required from you. This means you can enjoy the benefits of clean energy without having to constantly monitor or adjust the system. Plus, passive-installation typically results in a longer lifespan for your solar panel system, making it a more sustainable and cost-effective choice in the long run. So sit back, relax, and let your solar panels do their magic!

Having a storage system for your energy, such as a battery, is a fantastic way to maximize the benefits of your solar panel system. By storing excess energy generated during the day, you can then use it during peak times or at night when electricity rates are typically higher. Topping up your battery at night when energy rates are lower is a smart way to save money and make the most of your clean energy investment. With 10kWh of storage capacity, you can ensure that you have a reliable backup power source and optimize your energy consumption throughout the day. It's like having your own personal power reserve that works in sync with your solar panels to keep your energy costs down and your sustainability efforts up!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the solar installations you provided for my home. Your team's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the results and the seamless process from start to finish.

I am more than happy to give you a 5-star rating for the outstanding service and quality of work you have delivered. Thank you for making the transition to solar energy such a positive experience for me. Your dedication to excellence is truly commendable.

Keep up the fantastic work and know that I will highly recommend your services to others in need of solar installations. Thank you once again for a job well done!
