It was a great experience with pass functional skills and they were supportive during the change of exam dates and during technical issues in the actual exams. Their study materials for functional skill English level 2 were sufficient to clear the exam.

My experience with Claudia was great, simple, clear and easy to follow!
Everything is explained in plain words without confusing jargon, and she breaks down things step by step so you actually get it right away. No long boring lessons but just straight to the point, it’s been very helpful and worth every minute.

Claudia was very explanatory during the session and made sure I understood everything she said. Was really helpful.

I had a Maths Study Support Session with Laura, and it was honestly so helpful. I was quite nervous before the session, but she made me feel comfortable straight away.

She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions without making me feel judged. She was very patient, friendly, and made sure I understood things properly before moving on. There were a few topics I wasn't confident with, and by the end of the session I felt much more comfortable with them. She made the session enjoyable, and I came away feeling much more positive about my upcoming exams.

I have always struggled with maths. I failed my GCSE. I found the functional skills much easier. The wording of the questions and how they were based on real life just made sense to me. I found the videos really helpful when revising. There was a lot of learning materials with functional skills pass learn. I passed first time after 3 weeks of revision. Highly recommend.
I didn’t book the course, I booked the exam and used the learning materials provided and thought this was enough.
It was great that I could see my progress and what level I was working at whilst revising so I could have a good incline on if I would pass or not and when I was ready for my exam.

She took the time to explain every step thoroughly, making sure I fully understood each topic before moving on. She was incredibly patient, encouraging, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Her clear explanations and supportive teaching style really helped build my confidence. By the end of the session, I felt much more prepared and exam-ready for my Functional Skills Maths exam. It was very helpful and I think that it gave me the boost I needed to get those extra few marks. The only thing I would say is that I think longer sesions coud be benifitted from and perhaps a list of things to bring as (maybe it's on me) but I came quite unprepared without a pen, paper or calculator as I wasn't sure what to expect. This is definitely a good idea!
