Good Photos.

I got all my photos as per specifications of my Dutch visa, and will also be useful for my UK standard passport photo on my provisional driving license.
However, the digital photo (which I don't think I am gonna need for now) should be given optional which I have also paid for since there was no option on the website to deselect it at the time of placing my order which includes 4 print photos and a digital photo.

Very helpful

I have made a mistake and placed a wrong order. I was contacted by a gentleman and explained to me my mistake and he will kindly refund my postage payment. Very much appreciated as it was my mistake

You ordered a validated digital download only (your order did not include any prints). Please check your email inbox/spam folder, I sent a digital download to you. Besides, you have ordered from us before using the same photo and we delivered promptly and according to your order requirements.

Photos for Australian Passport

Ordered photos for an Australian passport application - which are an unusual size and shape - Digital and hard copy photos provided promptly and to the required standard. Very easy to use - just upload your original photo and pay (obviously your original photo needs to be a reasonably high resolution)

Ordered passport photos on 12th Nov - still waiting

Ordered passport photos on 12th Nov. Paid for Express service - 3-5 working days. It is now 21st Nov and I have yet to receive the photos.
Hoping they will arrive by Wednesday, otherwise I will need to cancel my appointment at Australian High Commission and I have been waiting for this appointment for 2 months!!

I processed, printed and dispatched this order and you ought to have received it by now. As we advised in our terms of service, if your order is not received as at when due, please contact us to investigate it to investigate it with the Royal Mail.
