Joe was the most thorough and calm instructor I have learnt to drive with. As a nervous driver this was paramount. He eased all my anxiety and helped me become more a confident and most importantly safe driver. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I'd like to thank my instructor Joe for being so professional, friendly and patient with me. During my lessons with Joe I learned everything I needed to know about driving safely and confidently. He was flexible with my lesson times and pickup locations, which was very convenient for me. His constant guidance and clear explanations made it very clear what had to be done. He balanced teaching with friendship, and it was all so easy to work with him. I highly recommend him. I will truly miss my lessons with Uncle Joe.

Uncle Joe, as an instructor, instils confidence in your driving abilities. He makes driving so simple and even when things aren’t going well as a learner, he takes the time to analyse, encourage and guide you through the process getting you back on the road.

The best driving instructors experience I had. Started taking lessons after I failed my first test and he really put me at ease. Booked just few lessons with him and he walked me through everything step by step. He helped me book my test immediately and I passed my first test I booked after lessons with him.

Uncle Joe is a fantastic, confident and a highly skilled instructor.
He assessed my level of driving on the very first lesson and structurally planned my lessons in order to fine tune my driving skills.
He is so methodical and highly precise in what he wants. He is a perfectionist and once we satisfy his level of expected competency we can really master that particular area.
Eventhough I moved away from Manchester he kept in touch with me and helped me to book test dates without expecting an extra penny. This quality is highly appreciated truly valued. I haven't seen any instructors who are focused only on perfectionism.
If you wanna get your driving sorted I don't think you have any other choice other than Uncle Joe. Highly recommended to approach him and work on your driving skills.

I would recommend Uncle Joe's driving school to all my friends and family members. Uncle Joe is passionate towards his students. He does not over complicate driving but at the same time shares direct feedback with the learners. This direct feedback was very helpful for me in clearing my test as i understood my opportunity areas and he helped me focus on them repeatedly. Passing my driving test like a high mountain before me. I faced pressure from not wanting to disappoint friend and family, there was a deadline for my new job that required that I passed my driving test. Meeting these deadline or not had its impact on my visa so I had a lot of pressure to deal with along with the nerves that come with practical driving test. Uncle Joe understood the assignment and he got me ready within a very short time. I loved that he could " diagnose " what my internal struggles were and helped me build confidence and and focus on other problem areas till I got them right. How I passed this test quickly remains a miracle to me. Thank you for being professional, kind, considerate and genuinely committed to my success. You are the best.

It provides a friendly and effective service in order to pass your driving test first time as Joe adapts his teaching techniques to suit the specific student. ‘Uncle Joe’ isn’t just a catchy headline, Joe truly does make you feel valued, confident, assured and safe from the very start, such that after 2 minutes with him it feels like you have known him for years. His relaxed and calming manner is integral to his style of enabling his students to flourish behind the wheel without any pressure, as he builds up your skillset at a pace that is both suitable for your confidence, as well as the level he believes you can achieve. Joe helped me to pass in just 11 2-hour lessons after no previous driving experience, an achievement I believe is largely down to Joe’s guidance. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to drivers of all capabilities.

Being in my mid thirties and having had many lessons when I was 17, I’d resigned myself to the fact that I was never going to pass! I thought I would never find an instructor that would make me feel at ease. But by chance in May this year I came across uncle Joe and thought.. I’m going to give it one more go.
