I never completed the transaction but was charged anyway and I expect a refund based on the 100% satisfaction guarantee. The company has refused the refund even as they falsely advertise these as GLP-1 patches. I plan on reporting them to the FDA for the false advertising. Be careful on this website, they charge you once you go on the site you dont even actually have to complete the order.

Patch is ‘news’ like the Pennysaver is news. It’s just a cheesy advertising platform. Unless you think the local bake sale for the volunteer fire department is newsworthy. It’s a total joke.

There is a website called “your daily patch.com” it states that Trustpilot gives it four and half stars, but I couldn’t find it on Trustpilot.

Advertising with them is a nightmare - their guidelines are vague and they apply their standards inconsistently. I have had many ads with them all with varying degrees of issues and their support staff is either not available or unable to provide any assistance. Poor management and customer service so I will not advertise with them any longer.

It's low quality news. They claim to be hyper-local, but they're really not. Their reporters often don't even visit the locations they write about. Just today, Patch ran an article about a restaurant and posted a screenshot from Google Maps. Except, of course, real locals know the restaurant moved to a new location several months ago, and Google Maps is showing an old photo. Who are they fooling with this stuff?

Oh, and the other 5-star review here is fake. Patch only operates in the US. The "Good quality service" review from someone from Great Britain is a fake review.
