Company let's you know the night before the due date, courteus and do a good job.

Lovely lad he's very polite and smiley ☺️ he does a wonderful job and he's a joy can't fault his work so very satisfied cheers keep the good work up

They let you know when they are coming, windows & sills cleaned. Not met them in person, but I'm sure they are lovely people

Reliable window cleaners. Not always the same person but they always manage to get round the back windows even if we've not remembered to do the gate. Would definitely recommend.

This company has nothing to do with ex-forces... it plays on the heartstrings of that tag line to get work. The person who came and cleaned our windows was not long since released from prison and stolen some of our items. This was reported to head office but they have done nothing since. I quickly terminated the contract. Extremely poor company... im definitely staying away, even after finding out that they dont even pay there team on time or correctly. So for a company that "prides" on ex-forces. They dont seem to treat anyone right or fairly. Considering we are in a cost of living crisis, people have bills to pay and children to also feed. For all... please put your money else where

No way of contacting them when something is wrong. No reply to emails and the phone cuts off. They cleaned my neighbours house and not mine but charged me, and consistently when they do clean mine leave one out despite me putting on the app the exact windows. Lack of customer service here

Very poor customer service! They are not cleaning the windows properly, and when you try to cancel the service, it is imposibble to reach out them via email or phone. No reply to emails and no one is answering the phones. I cannot cancel my service on the app or from the website which is not user-friendly at all.

Fantastic regular service. Real attention to detail with time and care taken on all windows, doors and sills. There is an app to track your upcoming appointment, a helpful reminder the day before (to ensure side gates are open/access provided) and payment immediately taken online by saved payment method. Amazing value for money, with a brilliant service. Offers available for other services, such as gutter cleaning, that we haven't yet taken advantage of, but considering to do so in the future.

Cleaning itself is not good, often miss windows, or claim unable to access despite people being home to sort (if it was true).

Arbitrary short notice price hikes not in line with other providers in region (£12-£15 then to £20), immediately able to find 3 other options for £12-14.

Spam emails trying to encourage you to ‘invest’ in the business.

No true phone line to be able to actually cancel services, so reliant on email - Subscription trap - likely needs Trading Standards review.

Avoid….dodgey.

Fast,efficient,clean,removed any mess/drips -great quality of work
