I had some custom sew on Patches made to my bespoke designs for my early Medieval Reenactment group. The were very attentive to my requests & alterations I wanted to make post mock ups, so we achieved and excellent result for the aesthetic I wanted from the products.
They also were very responsive to correspondents throughout the process, very friendly and personal service, I would highly recommend ✨✨✨✨✨

Ordered the patches on line, became concerned by the chasing for money immediately. Totally unfounded the company told me what was happening, digitising, manufacture, delivery. All worked out well the patches arrived, great quality exactly as expected.

Ordered 100 patches over 2 weeks in advance stating that I needed them on or before a set date, this was agreed. The date came and went, company couldn’t provide a tracking number and have since started screening any contact attempts.

Great communications, when asked to change colours on the draft they did so very quickly with the proof. Badges arrived quickly and beautifully finished. Would recommend highly.

We had a tight turn around and other companies were quoting 6-8 weeks , patch makers turned around our patch’s in just over a week !

I contacted Patchmakers Uk as I wanted a custom patch designed.
Their communication was first class
They sent me through some options and quotes.
My contact was with a person called Zack. He was extremely helpful
We tweaked the designs and before we ordered they made sure I was happy with the final design.
The finished patches have arrived today and the quality is astonishing.
I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be any happier with my patch!! My design had been projected from four other embroidery patch designers and when they said yes, I was a little sceptical as to how it would come out. It could not be more Perfect they sent me a design and plan so I could verify it, Zack could not have been more helpful along this process and communicated with me every step of the way with an incredibly quick response.

Zack and his people were straight on the job. They managed to get me a proof in double QuickTime. The patches were delivered well in advance of my expectation. Really very pleased
