I placed my sample order around July/August last year. Until today, I have still not received anything.

For over 8 months, I was given constant promises:
• “We will ship before Eid”
• “It will be ready next week”
• “Almost finished”

None of these promises were ever fulfilled.

Every time I followed up, there was a new excuse. Deadlines kept getting pushed, and nothing was ever delivered. At some point, communication even became inconsistent and unprofessional.

What makes this worse is that I am not the only one. There are multiple others who had similar experiences, which clearly shows a pattern.

This has cost me:
• Time
• Money
• Business opportunities (retailers waiting on samples)

If you are serious about your brand, stay far away from this supplier.

I came across Patexico International through Instagram and we started talking about production for my clothing brand. They presented themselves as serious professionals, negotiated prices and MOQs, and eventually convinced me to place an order.

I was then contacted by a Spanish phone number to proceed with payment.
On September 8th, 2025, I sent a bank transfer covering 50% of the order.

From that moment on, I never received any real update.

They initially told me the timeline would be:
2 weeks for production + 2 weeks for shipping.
That never happened.

After repeated requests for clarification, they kept saying they would send me production photos “the following week.”
I never received a single photo — not one update, nothing concrete, just the same excuse over and over.

Today, December 6th, 2025, after multiple follow-ups (including refund requests), I have stopped receiving replies altogether.

If you are looking for a manufacturer for your brand, do not work with Patexico International.
I cannot say whether they are scammers, but they are certainly not professional.

Money lost.
