Useless Bangladeshi thieves . They take money for Pathao shop product but don’t deliver the service , nor do they refund the money. Please be extra careful . They are stealing money from your bank cards. Fraud service. Do not recommend , especially for expatriates or those residing abroad.

Very disappointing courier service. The delivery was extremely slow and took much longer than promised. On top of that, the customer helpline was not working, so it was impossible to get any updates or support. Poor communication and unreliable service. I would not recommend this courier company.

একটা অর্ডার ছিল আমার যেটা home delivery
এই ডেলিভারি ছেলেটা তাকে আমার নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার জন্য বলা‌ হলে সে ডেলিভারি নিতে তার জায়গায় আসতে হবে বলে জানান।
ওনি যেখানে এসেছেন ঐ জায়গাই যেতে 30 টাকা গাড়ি ভাড়া।
এখন কথা home ডেলিভারি বলা হয় কেন?
যদি home delivery না‌দেই?

আমার বাড়িতে ত যাওয়া সম্ভব নয়,
যেখানে রাস্তা ঐখানে আসতে বলা হয়।

Why the pathao restro app has been so careless I mean don't you guys want to earn money whats the rule about 5 minute waiting after placing the order? You don't call them nor inform them you just cancel the order

এদের সার্ভিস ভালো। উপজেলা পর্যায়েও ২-১ দিনের ভেতর জিনিস পৌঁছে যায়।

এভাবে টাকা নিয়ে মানুষ ঠকানোর কোনো মানে আছে?
আমি ৪টা কাচ্চি অর্ডার করেছিলাম কাচ্চি ভাই, ধানমন্ডি শাখা থেকে, রিসিভ করেছি ৩টা আর একটা হাফের মতো, ছোট একটা প্যাকেটে।
রোস্ট মুখে দিতে পারিনি দুর্গন্ধে।
পুরোপুরি নষ্ট ছিল খাবার।
আমি আমার টাকা ফেরত চাই!

It was awful i ordered 2 times and the both driver had problems once the server apologized and requested me to order again but the same thing happened again the rider accepted my order and just disappeared

Rude behaviour of delivery man is very common. They don't consider any circumstances while delivering valuable items. I was home alone with baby of 3 month and told delivery man to give the product in front of my flat. He said they do home delivery not room delivery in a very inappropriate manner.In my downstairs there is a shopping mall , I can't get down in home cloth with baby any time.the helpline doesn't do any actual help when needed .

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. They mistreat their riders, rip off riders' money. Their service is very bad, I will never recommend it.

All of the services of Pathao (including parcel, food and ride) are very disappointing and time wasting.

So avoid their services if you don't want to lose your money and time.

Worst service for food. The rider himself ate the food. Takes more than 2 hrs for the delivery.Rude delivery person.Asked for extra money after delivery.They list the low rated resturants for high commission income.Get out of Market Pathao for food service.

Pathao parcel service is very disappointing. They should improve their rider efficiency and cooperation. I had to cancel my request twice and couldn't able to send my parcel on time. Highly disappointed.

Pathao is great for parcel delivery. However, their ride-sharing service often miserably fails because the riders don't act responsibly.

খুবই বাজে সার্ভিস। তাদের এজেন্টদের ব্যবহার জঘন্য। কমপ্লেইন করলে তাদের এজেন্টদের ইনচার্জ এজেন্টদের হয়ে উল্টো কথা শুনায়। দয়া করে আপনারা এদের মাধ্যমে পন্য দিতে বা নিতে যাবেন না। সবার আগে সবাই
ভাল ব্যবহার আশা করে। আর মান সম্মান সবার আগে। এদের থেকে অন্যান্য কোম্পানিগুলি অনেক ভাল সার্ভিস দেয় ও তাদের ব্যবহারও ভাল।
