I spent some time with Paul recently for his counselling services.
He was kind, patient and careful not to ‘push’ me too fast or too far. He went at my pace and I found each session invaluable.
He was always reliable and I felt I could fully trust him.
Absolutely recommended.

I recently completed the MHFA course via CITC, which Paul delivered. It was a great experience. Paul made the group feel comfortable and provided a great learning environment for all from the get go.

It was fun, insightful and interesting in all the right ways, which I feel couldn't have been achieved without Paul as our tutor.

I would 100% recommend the course, and Paul at the tutor, to anyone without hesitation!

This course has been a really insightful journey. Having completed it, I feel that I have gained valuable knowledge, skills and confidence. Which I can apply throughout my daily life, to support mental health and wellbeing both in myself and in those around me.

Paul was amazing all the way through. From beginning to end he acted in a professional manner that was only right for the serious subject topic of the course--which he was extremely knowledgeable about. Definitely worthwhile to learn more from by him!

I have just completed my Mental Health First Aider training with Paul.
The sessions were held virtually for three hours over four evenings. I really didn't know whether I could manage to engage fully however, Paul's approach and delivery style ensured we were on board, engaged and fully connected as a group.
I have learnt so much from Paul, and the group and feel truly inspired to be the best MHFA I can be.

Paul was exceptional at delivering the Mental Health First Aider course. He is knowledgable, mindful and respectful of the content he delivers always emphasising the importance of seeing the human being and not just the diagnosis.
