Paras Seehar is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience supporting adults, teens, and families through some of life's most difficult chapters. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from St. Mary's University (2019) and is licensed in Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. She also holds an additional certification in maternal and postpartum therapy. Paras works from an integrative, insight-oriented perspective meaning she doesn't follow a one-size-fits-all script. Depending on what you're going through, she draws from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among others.
