Receptionist I spoke to was polite, friendly and very understanding of my request .
All the staff at Riverside surgery are helpful and go the extra mile in my experience with the surgery 👏

Made a request regarding some prescription issues, something I really needed to sort out.
Had a reply within about half an hour, all problems sorted!
It worked for me. Excellent service.

submitted a request to Meon Health via Anima at 3.30pm, within the hour a prescription has been sent to the Pharmacy. I was very impressed with the service. Lots of options to explain your condition, very well thought through process.

This application has a major defect. When using it one cannot switch between apps. Doing so results in all input data being lost and having to start again from the beginning. This problem needs to be addressed. Otherwise it is rather usless.

Easy way to book an appointment with GP.No need to tell receptionist health problems in front of others.

I like amina as it stops these surgeries getting over populated with non emergencies and the response was very quick and is always delt with speed.
