Prompt response from the surgery, as always!

I have to say this is a great app. Saves being on phone for ages to be told there are no appts

First time using system, found it very eady to use and much easoer than being on the phone for at least an hour.

Anima is excellent. It is quick and helpful. Couldn't be more pleased.
Obviously, the reason it is so good is because the staff and doctors at Grosvenor Medical Practice are excellent.

Within only minutes of raising the Anima request I was contacted and offered an appointment within the hour. This is exceptional service and cannot be beaten. I think that in the main Northland's Surgery, Calne is doing a wonderful job. They are situated in the poorer side of the town and do have many ill people of all ages to deal with and seem to be coping extremely well, all things considered.

This surgery is always brilliant, you will love it there.

Very quick response. Really appreciate seeing a lovely GP at Whiteley Surgery who really listened and helped.

Submitted a questionnaire and received a phone call within 15 minutes, Appointment with GP made later the same day. Very good service.

The new AI based assistance is a great addition. Its more quicker now to order repeat prescription.

Five Stars for today although training was on this day in the afternoon my call to reception was handled extremely well and as a result I have been dealt with accordingly to my medical needs and have an appointment in the morning very satisfying extremely impressed with Laje Rd reception and Armid app and Doctor on Dutie *****

Excellent system easy to use and avoids unnecessary delays. Plus my practice in Yateley consistently answers responses promptly and effectively thank you

Every time I use it I got a prompt helpful reply without having to sit on the phone for ever waiting for reception to answer.

Phoned surgery, would like to thank the lady I spoke to,I have a 94 year old mother and some advice. She efficient and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised I managed to get through on the phone. Not everyone is technically minded,Please don't forget that. Thank you once again.

Incredibly quick response and effective plan executed by professionals every time. My wife filled out request via Anima and was called 10 later for appointment which led to quick diagnosis and effective treatment. I had reason to contact Lonsdale recently also and again, quickly after I completed the online Anima request, it was read, I was contacted and my needs discussed and a solution found. Lonsdale are always understanding, professional, quick and effective, couldn’t rate them higher.

I filled in an Anima request at about 5pm for an alternative medication and had a call from the doctor within about 15 minutes to discuss it. It couldn't have been a quicker response!! Brilliant.

The application is very easy to use, you can quickly send information and I like that the doctor provides the help they need very quickly. Thank you very much.

Just want to say a massive thank you for the wonderful service provided by Dr Lobb today. I received a same day appointment at Winscombe with follow up appointment for tests at another practice within three hours of the first.
All the staff were caring and talked me through the medication I will be taking.
The NHS at is best.
