I had nothing but great experience with Patrick Ta company. I don’t know why they have such a low score. The only thing I mind is that they do not have any kind of quick transport. I just have a need to tell everybody what a gem of a worker is Kiana, who wrote back to many of my emails, gave me advices, was so kind and knowledgable, so approachable that I would buy there just for her. Lovely person, and I think Patrick too, very fair, full of understanding. They have great products, I must say. Just add Express shipping and it will be 5+

AWFUL customer service! Awful experience. Do mot buy from them you will never receive your order and they will not help! I tried for over a week. Did not get any help or my order. Worst company scammers

Worst customer service ever! Patrick Ta Beauty doesn't have a customer service phone number or a live chat, the only way to communicate with them is via email (waste of time). When you email them, you get an automated response stating that you'll receive an answer in 1-2 business days, which is a big fat lie. It took them 6 days to respond to my last email. They provided me with a tracking number that can NOT be tracked. So I contacted the shipping carrier (OnTrac) which told me that they never received my package and for me to contact the sender (Patrick Ta). After 6 days, Patrick Ta Beauty tells me that they are "aware of the shipping problems with OnTrac" but are still clueless on the location of my package. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and have filed complaints against Patrick Ta Beauty with the FTC and the BBB. Companies like Patrick Ta Beauty should not get away with their unfair and deceptive business practices !

Hallo, ich habe bei Patrick Ta bestellt. Alles gut geklappt. Retouren sollen kostenlos sein. Dies gilt aber nicht für die Rücksendekosten. Produkt hat 40 $ gekostet. ich hätte 28 $ noch drauflgegen müssen um die Retoure zu bezahlen.

I ordered from Patrick Ta, i used 300 dollars, and the package never arrived, the customer service was also horrible! i dont recommend at all!! dont buy from Patrick Ta if you want you're items.
