Phoned on Wednesday afternoon to tell them my gates had fallen down was told they would phone me back that afternoon to make a time to view and quote me but it’s now MONDAY and still no call back. The reason I phoned them because they fitted them. Can’t believe they have treated me like this but I can assure you I will never ever use them again wast of time. 0 out of 10 BEWEAR IF YOU EVER USE THEM

I ordered your sheets on line several weeks ago, paid with credit card and not received them. Dont buy from this site!

This is a scam site that is on TikTok. I ordered lights for under my eaves of my house and they said it would take 10-15 days for delivery. It to 31 days. They sent the wrong lights and the wrong number of lights and I am have trouble getting reimbursed for the crappy lights they sent. DO NOT USE Patternen!!!

Very, very bad service, they did not answered for more than a week, we are a company from Germany and we even have contacted German office and Mr. Schafer, and he did not answered, very bad.
