Great quality, great customer service, ordered suits for my groomsmen and myself. Easy to refund and return when needing to exchange sizes

Very nice suit. Unfortunately it didn't fit but the returns process was quick and painless.

Yesterday, 12th March, I had the most wonderful clothes shopping experience. Now, as a man, this can be quite the opposite, especially when you're usually dragged around a city centre by the wife, in and out of every shop, normally ending up back at the first one. Today was very different. Today I was with my middle son Harrison ( and youngest daughter for that womans valued opinion ) to be fitted out with a new suit each. Upon arrival ( a pre booked appointment ) we were greeted at the door by Amed ( forgive me if I have this wrong, I'm rubbish at remembering names, but he'll know )

We introduced ourselves and were then taken upstairs for the fitting process. We were each sized up by trying on a generic suit each. Our man Amed nailed both of our sizes pretty much first time, so is clearly excellent at his job. Once sized, we were taken into a show area. Here there are a multitude of suits to choose from. So many colours to choose and styles. My son opted for a beautiful blue 3 piece. Myself, a gorgeous tweed 3 piece, with a beautiful crimson red and dark brown tartan check running through it. Whilst we waited for them to bring our choices up for us to try, we were given drinks. Within a few minutes our suits were brought up and we took off to the changing rooms to try them on. Absolutely bang on they were. We took ourselves back into the showroom. We then got to pick out our accessories ( tie, hanky, cufflinks ) to finish off the look. We were then joined by the boss and his right hand man ( again forgive me for not remembering names )
They asked if we would mind posing for some shots and a video for their socials, which we were only too happy to do. The seal of approval was given by my daughter and by the wife whom joined us on a video call. So we then got changed back. Before long, we were brought up our fresh new suits and all the accessories, all inside a suit bag for us each. Honestly, absolutely chuffed to bits we were. We were made to feel really special. What I haven't mentioned up till now.... We were, well my Son was the lucky winner of a competition. He is getting married in 2027, and last year visited a wedding show where Paul Andrews Suits had a stand. You left details and were entered into a prize draw. The prize on offer, 2 suits up to the value of £500. Each of the suits we had were £250, the accessories they gave us as an extra treat each. Just phenomenal. Obviously, value for money for us lol but the quality, the look, the finish of the suit's, well worth the price. In fact, they are a bargain. Add to that the truly wonderful treatment you get !!! I will be recommending to all my friends whom may be in need of a new suit. I shall also be recommending across my socials and to my cruise friends, whom love to dress to impress. They'll certainly impress if they shop here. Thank you so much. I shall share the pics of us wearing them soon, I shall be christening mine on my up and coming cruise.

I was very impressed with the two suites I ordered they were great quality and came very quickly. The fitting is great and accurate. Blazers can come up a little smaller so may want to size up. I am really happy.

What a wonderful experience it has been to deal with this company. I ordered the Mayfair Blue three piece suit for my son on next day delivery. It didn’t arrive so I contacted the company to ask for help and they were so helpful, contacting the delivery company for me and passing on directions. When it arrived I was so pleased to have chosen a Paul Andrew suit as it is absolutely stunning and the support I have received was incredible.
I would have no reservations at all about using this company again

First suit ordered online but the whole experience was great, I ordered a 3 piece which arrived within 48hrs, had to return the blazer which again was very easy and quick refund as I already ordered the next size. Will definitely buy again

First ever suit and I am very impressed with the quality and service..even when I mixed up a couple of sizes, they were incredibly quick to exchange for what I should have ordered. Everything fits very well even at 6'3, 265lbs. Apart from having an inch of sleeve taken up, it all sits on me very comfortably. Can't fault anything.

Great customer service, brilliant product and all round great company

Slight mixup at first but all sorted straight away. Good communication from start to finish. I now have 3 suits and they are top quality, excellent value for money too.
