This is a scam company, they advertise a product that looks nice but when I received the product it looked nothing like the pictures. Very , very poor quality. Then when I tried to return it they say it needs to be shipped to China. They offered 30% off if I kept it but now they say they have a problem issuing the refund and want to give store credit. I have no desire to purchase anything from that store.

I have ordered a dress through this website March 20 for my daughter’s graduation. I got the item on April 4. I received an item that I did not order some cheap material. I have been emailing them back-and-forth. They’re not responding. They ignore my email. They will forcing you to keep the item by saying I will give you 10% of 20% of 30% off something that I did not order. I don’t wanna keep they are very irresponsible to answer. I have emailed to different people‘s name. I don’t know if that is the real name somebody named Kim somebody named JAM please be alert. This is a scam. They are not going to answer. You will be forced to keep whatever the item that they ordered. I’m still waiting for them to answer, but they’re not answering what I’m seeing is all this it is a scam website. Please do not order anything through here. This is totally a rip off if Better Business Bureau is watching please take actions. I will give them 24 hours to answer if they don’t answer, I will post exactly whatever they are saying. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Horrible Customer Service and Lack of Transparency. Any good review is most likely a bot.

Paid about $175 USD for a suit that doesn't fit. If you were to return a suit you can't as they will ghost your emails. A chinese company runs this site on a Shopify platform and doesn't follow their 30-day return policy. It's not a company from New York or anywhere in the US.

When I asked for a return and refund, they wanted me to pay $51 USD for shipping of a different suit that wouldn't fit. I say you are better off going to your nearest JC Penny's, Macy's, or some tailor shop to get a suit. And when shopping online watch out for anything Shopify. Unless they have rep then sure, but these guys don't have any rep and aren't very professional as they say.

In conclusion, it's a chinese retailer that doesn't follow proper business models, charges absorbent prices for a cheaply made suit, and has horrible customer service.

Deserves No Stars. I placed my order on Feb 27, 2026 for a tailored long white coat. From March 1, 2026 I received several emails order on the way. I was shocked it was coming directly from China. On March 20, 2026 I finally received it. The obvious shock was the absolute wrong color, even wrong buttons, incredibly ugly rose and awful material. Within 20 minutes I emailed requesting a return label and refund. They said they send an exchange - I copied their refund policy and said no I want a refund. Just the worse shopping and refund experience ever. I'm with the customer who posted on March 5. I, too, will be reporting Paul Wardrobe the BBB and Federal Trade Commission for fraud.

I have never in my online shopping experience had such a hard time to return something so fake, this is so upsetting and lesson learned not to ever purchase from this fraudalent website, so I ordered this coat that took for ever to receive really thought I was ordering from a NY website and it happens apparently to be in China, because this piece of cloth i received is worth less than 10 dollars in Temu and I paid over a 100.00 on this fraudalent site, I am trying to return it as the website specifically puts 30 day guarantee returned, as soon as I received this fake item I reached out to them, they refuse to give me my money back and want the item shipped back to China, how can this be allowed, I will make sure all the reviews get post it to warn others as I will contact better business bureau to let them know as well.

Quality is good, yet good enough to wear on a daily basis. Nice budget-friendly store.

Purchased a pair of trousers and shirt. size fit was good and the clothes are comfortable to wear on a daily basis.
