Goids arrived on time and items were value for money very well pleased would recimmend

Worst Customer Experience, They don't respond on time. Arrogant Leadership. Customer support is non existential.

Money taken, results not seen but that's all in the small print. This is a gamble that borders on a scam, preying upon vulnerable people.

The web site has been under malntenance for a month now if not longer, guess they got tired of me asking about it and told me "well we can just charge your bank 800 and cancel you. still not resolved

I love having the opportunity to benchmark compensation by comparing companies in similar growth stages. That's something that adds a lot of value to our compensation strategy. Love it!

We are very happy with Pave overall. It feels like the way compensation analysis should have always been done, it lets you enter in what you're looking for, filter down, and get results back quickly.

So far we haven't had any major issues. My only big ask would be tighter integration with our HRIS so we can see a bigger-picture view of where people are or aren't calibrated to the comp bands that Pave provides.

Slick interface and love the real time data, especially when the market is ever changing as it relates to comp.
Can’t wait to see this product evolve.

Don't join Pave. I paid for 12 months and didn't see any improvement then I get an email saying my 12 months is up I can now cancle ! I make the arrangements to try and cancle then they tell me im actually 3 months into a new contact and the email was sent in error and should have been sent out 3 months before ! So they have now cancled as it was a Pave error. But this is going to have a negative mark on my credit score not positive one ! They have said they will try fix it but it's not good enough your playing with my financial future I paid for good result , not a negative result. Your error may be the reason I don't get a loan or mortgage! Iv asked for a refund they have refused. I have a non complete contact because of you ! AVOID PAVE IT DOSE NOT WORK AND MISTAKES LIKE THIS WILL NEGATIVELY AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE I will be going to the ombudsman

I have been lured by your false advertisement. Credit score was not increased. You made me fool. Initially, I have been told it takes 3 months to improve, then 6 months. I have paid for 9 months by now and have been asked to wait 12 months. The company ownership/name was changed too. It only helps to see credit score but I can see that with free website. Total waste of money!
