Ordered this for Christmas and they just never finished it. It was sent to print on the 18th. It’s now the 28th and hasn’t shipped or finished printing. Didn’t make it in time for Christmas obviously. I emailed on 12/24 to see what the issue was and received an auto reply that they were on vacation until January 8th. So no way to even resolve it for weeks.

I absolutely love my finished product and I know my partner will too when I give him it at Christmas, the process is simple though I’m at bit of a dinosaur when it comes to things like this but everything I had to do was explained and nothing was too much trouble I will deffo be shopping here again Thankyou, highly recommend.

I bought from Facebook, since it said free delivery I honestly expected an actual print, not just a download which I don't have a way of printing. Just a dogs head stuck on a body, the hands were human in gloves.I asked for a refund which they refused.....be very careful about what you are paying for.

Hi, I've had the print for a few weeks, but took a really good look at it, I knew it was "stepbro's" with the faces of 2 loved dogs, but the hands/paws resting on the shoulder of smaller dog was just an perfect detail. Thank you, the way the heads are cropped onto the bodies and the perfect cutting from original pics is absolutely top rate. Thank you

I have used Paw & Glory before to create amazing and funny portraits of my dogs. I cannot rate the service highly enough, from the start the communication is brilliant, orders are delivered very quickly and if you have a problem (I typed my email address in wrongly!) they sort it out for you. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

I am yet to receive the final print so this is just a comment on the service, but I sent the pictures over that I wanted in an Only Fools and Horses style poster, I was sent the preview and realised I had put the images the wrong way round, so I let them know and by the next morning I had received the amended preview, looks great, so I am very happy with the service, rapid response to alterations and speed of getting art work to print. Looking forward to seeing the final edition in A3 size!

Quality of print is good. Purchased a frame and couldn’t get a refund just a credit note for the difference which is no good to me. Frame is extremely poor quality for the hike in price from print to framed so £69 is outrageous for what is provided.
Went and bought a frame from The Range which was far superior for £6.49

Super happy with my picture, really good quality. The detail taken from my photo and put into the artwork is amazing! The framing is also very good quality. From my initial order to receiving finished product everything moved along fast and I received it within 4 days! Would definitely buy again!

Very disappointed with both the process, customer service and end product. I had hoped the latter would cancel out the rest of the experience but, no, it's pretty rubbish

I uploaded 2 photos and requested a preference from the two. An image was then generated (artist? Really? Super imposed my rabbits head on a template!). I wasn't happy and did say that I had specifically requested the other image to be used of possible. Ignored. Yes, sure we can redo it...at an extra cost of £5. At this point I'm already knowing that I have massively overpaid so asked if a refund was available, I'd take that...nope! So it goes ahead. Received the print...could not be more underwhelmed.
Avoid this company, they made it sound like the work done was extensive..I think I could do better using an AI app for about 3 quid!
We live and learn. Avoid,there are definitely better companies out there now I'm looking after the experience!

Delighted with our canvas print and digital image of our two doggies as Dog Bros. Found the service really good, I asked for amendments to the original artwork they sent me to approve and these were carried out quickly. Really happy and would use them again.

Just arrived today and I absolutely love this canvas. I actually forgot I had ordered it and didn't approve the artwork or choose a background, but they did it for me and it looks great. Happy to recommend.

The price I paid for a piece of thick paper with a print on is disgusting. I. Could have got a hand painted canvass for less

Lifelike portraits with very quick turn around and they were happy to do any revisions requested!
