I think it’s my fault because I should’ve read the reviews first this stuff is garbage and I will take my loss

My product was delivered to the wrong state. Instead of resending it, I’m being asked to track it down myself in Texas.

Do NOT buy the clothes bobbles remover its a total piece of utter crap. Don’t be fooled by the video like I stupidly was😡 it’s utterly useless just got mine today -charged it, tried it, binned it! 25/03/26

Purchased Bobble remover as advertised as the greatest thing since sliced bread total rubbish does not work after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive Very disappointed stay away from this company.

If I could give this company no stars I would! I bought a lint remover which wouldn’t charge and was absolutely rubbish as the motor wouldn’t spin properly without charge in it, when I asked for a refund they said they would send me another one which I declined as I suspect they are all like this then they offered to only refund me half of the money to which I replied saying that wasn’t acceptable as they had sold me a defective product still waiting to get a refund DO NOT BUY from this company!

See info below. I would love to send pictures for a refund, but I have no address in which to send them. Nor do I have a phone number to call your customer department.
This would give me a voice to spread good news about your product providing a new pill box arrived in a sturdy box in a nondefective condition. I know that I'm probably wasting my time. Prove me wrong!

My item came broken. I contacted them in September and they said that they would send another one. It’s now end of November still haven’t received my replacement, and now they won’t answer my emails. Horrible company

Supposed to be but one get one free, no response from email complaint. DO NOT BUY FRON THEM!!!

Waited 2 weeks for my purchase to arrive,finally received it yesterday only to discover that the toy I purchased for my cat is defective.I tried reaching out to their customer service via an email but no reply.As soon as I asked for a refund the correspondence ended
