First time we took our dog he gave him razor burn on his privates. Second time nails were not cut. Took my you get dog and after over 2 hours told she's ready yet she hadn't even been dealt with. Was charged extra when yet again the claws wernt cut. Now both dogs get anxiety near water.

My first dealing with Paws-Here and very happy to say it was a pleasant experience, Sally is very helpful and committed to keeping customers satisfied, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should they have what i need.

Our order arrived really quickly and were very well received by our 2 goldies. The packaging had a a personal touch and we received a personal follow up email- really lovely approach which will encourage us to order again.
Products - the yellow toy duck and the flying saucer treat dispenser are very good quality.
Will be ordering another flying sauce treat dispenser as both goldies love it and not willing to share!!

It’s a gorgeous shade of bottle green with a very soft lining. Love the adjustable belt!

I had an issue with a dog toy I bought but Sally immediately refunded me and sent me an alternative. I was most impressed by the brilliant customer service I received and Sally was very responsive. I would be very happy to use her site again - there are a lot of interesting things on there that I have not seen elsewhere.

Great customer service from Sally who couldn’t be more helpful. Two dogs and living in the country. I ordered the roll up bowls and fluffy hand towel. The bowl does exactly as shown on the website which is fab and the towel is great for cleaning mucky paws. Lovely website. Will definitely be back!

Recently ordered a dog car carrier and ball for our new puppy, there has unfortunately been a short delay on the ball but Sally answered my email.almost straight away updating me on the delivery, great customer service .

I bought a coffee coloured cat cave bed and I love it! Just as in the picture and my cat will be very comfortable, if only they did a human sized one! Reasonably priced and delivered within a week as specified. Definitely recommend to all pet lovers.
