Had a query with an order and a missed discount code and rang the company. Unhelpful, borderline rude would be an understatement! Given how competitive the online shopping market is, what sets you apart from your competitors is customer service and this company has none. Spend your money elsewhere, I certainly will in future.

Not only were they were incredibly quick to respond, but they also custom made me two leads and had the website updated so that I could order them. I've bought from them a number of times and they are super kind and helpful, this time accidentally the wrong lead was sent and they sent a new one pretty much straight away and were so helpful in getting the other returned as I don't have evri where I live. I follow along their Instagram account and it's just the most supportive business in the gundog world, I'll be ordering a training vest soon, and I'm sure more of their beautiful dummies!
