Such a great product. We have a 16yo JRT x Yorkie who spent most of her life a stray, so the slow feeder insert is a God send. The height is perfect for her too as her little arthritic shoulders don't... もっと見る

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear the Fluff Trough didn't live up to your expectations. It's helped so many pooches around the world, but we do appreciate that every pet has different requirements and not one-solution suits all.
If the Fluff Trough can be returned in a new & unused condition, please get in touch with our team at hello@pawtion.co.uk & we'll be able to facilitate a return for you.

Hi Chris,
We can only apologise for the really poor experience with us. Unfortunately, as you quite rightly mentioned - our warehouse did make multiple mistakes when dispatching your order & replacement and we are truly sorry for this.
I can see that our customer service team is working diligently trying to get this rectified for you ASAP & we won't let you down again!
It's not a great reflection of the service we normally offer & we will, of course, always endeavour to improve.

The flufftrough is brilliant
The flufftrough is brilliant. Dottie happily ate from it from day one. Purchasing a second silicon insert means I always have a clean bowl ready to go, and the attachable licking mat is great, TBH I have a little trouble getting it off, but I think that’s me.
Delivery was extremely prompt and arrived when I was told it would.
Great all around!

Sturdy, easy clean, helps dog eat in comfort.
My dog has been eating all of his meals served in this. Being flat nosed he would squash his food, making it hard to eat, in his normal dog dish....very pleased with this purchase.

Well made, easy to use & clean - Fab.
My Frenchie has recently had surgery for breathing problems & an eye removed due to a tumour, the raised feeding station is great for him as it raises his head & helps him eat without restricting his throat (he’s even eating more - not sure if that’s fully down to the Fluff Trough 😉). I bought a feed Fluff Trough & also the Water Station - both are well made, the inserts are easy to remove & clean & my little man thinks they’re great.

Amazing!
My pug loved his new feeding station, he took to it right away. The silicone insert is easy to kee see do clean. He seems to eat better without making any piggy snorts and doesn’t have to have a break like he did with a normal bowl. A bit on the pricey side but seems well worth it.

Greetings from Finland. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. I ordered separate food cups for both my dogs. They were of good quality and as described. Both my French bulldogs are eating well from the new food cups and I notice that the eating position is better and the appetite has been better than before.
