I'm a long-time user of the PayCargo system and have always been pleasantly surprised by my ability to get a CSR on the phone when I've had issues, their professionalism and friendliness in addressing my issue / concern or problem, and their speed to resolution--EVERY TIME! Today my rep Rudy Barro crushed it, stayed on the line with me til my problem was on its way to resolution, and stayed up beat and positive throughout. Go on Rudy!

Roxy called me when I sent an email with a question to complete my exam payment. She was extremely helpful & didn't get off the phone until the issue was solved. Great job today by Roxy.

I had an issue with a payment being duplicated and Manuel Salazar and Rudy Barro were diligent and very helpful and got that all squared away quickly. Great customer service !

So today I paid the wrong Steamline on PayCargo QuickPay. Not only did DeAndre help me get this payment cancelled. He made sure to help me through all the steps to pay the right SteamLine. He always called back to help me when we got disconnected from each other. His customer service went above and beyond for me. Very much appreciated.

I recently made an incorrect payment by using the wrong invoice# and was very stressed about how to fix it. Rudy B. went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He personally called the vendor, checked everything on his end, and guided me through the steps to correct my mistake. His patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. Rudy didn’t just do his job he went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I’m extremely grateful for his support and the excellent customer service I received.

Roxy was amazing. I was stressed and the site isn't intuitive but her telephone service was fantastic and I was paid up in 5 minutes with her help.

For any executive or finance person that thinks it's a good idea to go away from live help- Don't. I will use PayCargo always going forward.

Service was fantastic, Deandre stayed on the line and walked me through until we completed the transaction.

DeAndre went beyond the call of duty, spent two hours working with me, to clear a APM terminal issue. We had several technical issues, dealing with APM terminal issues, login and other sign-up issues, Remote access issues with no proper Wi-Fi and had to rely on remote connection issues, etc. etc. etc. DeAndre was patient and saw the solution to the end, even though I was losing patience with the whole process. When it was all said and done, there was quite a rejoicing by both of us and DeAndre was finally allowed to go home after most of the office had already cleared out. I think that speaks volumes of DeAndre.

I called today in panic needing to get 3 payments out to the vendor and Roxy, made so at ease.
She sent me an email, followed up and even connected to me through a shared screen/site. The customer service that was presented was great & her patience was amazing..
