We have such a good rapport with each other that I knew when she moved roles to join PayEscape, that it would be a business based on good ethics, morals and customer-centric. When I had the opportunity to review our fully outsourced payroll solution, it was an obvious choice for me to make. Secondary to my great relationship with Michelle, is the superstar that is Jonny from the implementation team, who stepped in when our original implementation lead left the business, he picked up our build in no time and nothing is ever too much trouble for him, even though we do have quite complex needs to suit all areas of our business. His customer service is brilliant and response time is excellent. The managers within my business have all complimented how efficient Payescape are (and we are still only in the implementation phase!) The system is really easy to navigate and is wholly bespoke. We have opted for Timescape plus the fully managed payroll, and I am also considering adding the ATS/recruitment module.
