Unprofessional and unqualified
Unprofessional, unavailable and completely unqualified to handle anyone's payroll. This company seems to struggle with the basic components of payroll and be under the delusion that they are somehow above the HMRC. They are unwilling to correct errors they have made and seem to have quite poor communication with the company's who employ them. Truly appauling service.

My Implementation Specialist, Zara Brown, was the best part of implementation. As someone that is learning UK payroll, along with a new system, she was so patient and educational. As with all implementations, there are bumps along the way. Zara handled them with a great deal of professionalism.
