Got a phone call from Payeworx in July 2023 about their solution. I have now found out this company have appeared on the HMRC current list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers (March 2024). Luckily didnt end up using them at the time as could have landed a huge tax bill from HMRC.

Chris B and the Payeworx team are always prompt in replying to questions - polite and informed. Fantastic service.

Got me set up very quickly, special shout out to Chris who was really helpful on the telephone when I had queries.

Always really helpful and if any problems they sort out very quickly.

Excellent service. Danielle has supported throughout the whole process and responds fast to any questions I have, in a way my non finance brain understands! The set up has allowed my company to continue and feels so much safer; I’m not worrying about receiving a future bill because the dodgy umbrella company scammed me.

PAYEworx is amazing because of how they operate i.e. having their business model setup so that contractors doing Inside IR35 roles get as much money as possible.

Their customer support is brilliant as well - every time I have had to call them, they respond immediately and they resolve my issue/question promptly.

Danielle has been my point of contact since the start and she is just lovely to work with - very professional yet friendly.

I recommend PAYEworx to anyone who is looking for a great experience using an umbrella and whoever is looking to make more money than a traditional umbrella.

Payeworx as a company have been absolutely great! I cannot recommend them enough. I personally have found Danielle AMAZING like absolutely AMAZING! She really has gone over and beyond for me multiple times, and it doesn’t matter what time of the day you need help, Danielle is always there to support.
She really is such an asset to Payeworx and wherever she goes I will most definitely follow.

Honestly, an absolutely fantastic umbrella company, where customer service is obviously a priority! Initially, they were very open with the amount I would be receiving from my contract and I've never received a penny less than they calculated I would get at the start. They were also able to provide a comprehensive breakdown and explanation at each stage, which was much appreciated.

A special shout out to Danielle, who has been extremely helpful and absolutely fantastic with every question that I’ve had, she has gone above and beyond to help from when I've had small questions to urgent requests and this has helped me out so much. You don't get customer service like this any more!

Payeworx have ben fantastic from the moment I contacted them. They took the time to thoroughly explain their hybrid Umbrella/Company pay setup. They always get their processing correct every time, and on time and are really flexible when I need it.
