5 Stars all the way
Having used Pay iO for my payment service provider since October, they have been excellent with outstanding relationship management. I deal with FX and day to day payments, alot easier than the "main street banks". Having dealing with FX, as expected they completed routine checks asking for documentation and proof of services/goods. I provided which were all above board. Due to that, i have had 0 issues or negative experiences.

Was a swift onboarding experience, Laurence gave us 1-1 private banking experience.Im currently banking with them and making payments abroad to my suppliers with very competitive rates . Great service 👍🏼

Best company to get scammed from
AVOID SCAM
I ran my crypto p2p merchant services and used their platform as they are crypto friendly.
They just waited a few days until I had some funds in my account and closed it.
I've provided all the paperwork they wanted and 2-3 months of me unable to reach them and 30 emails, they finally responded with a sugarcoated version of "he he we took your money, go cry to the FO about it"
10/10 great scam company.
