I've been working with Alika P. for about 1 year and her prices are always very competitive. Alika is friendly, competent, and a pleasant to work with. She is quick to reply to all of my currency requests and never makes a mistake. It is so rare to find good, young employees in today’s workforce. Whoever hired her found a real Gem. Despite typically feeling annoyed by sales calls due to my busy schedule, I answered a call from Alika, as she had only reached out once in the past two months. Fortunately, I listened, as Alika provided valuable information and demonstrated significant savings I could achieve. And not only that Alika gives a top notch service but she also makes sure to let me know when it is a good time to buy. Also, having a fixed markup over the interbank rate means I don’t need to worry about checking them as they taught me the math and showed me how to check other companies if they are transparent or not. I like that this company leads with integrity and ethics but they want to educate first so you don’t fall into a trap of “good rate” from beginning and that’s what almost the other FX company do.

I greatly enjoy the daily market rate emails to get a better understanding of the shifting market. Always a fast process to get a new vendor set up. I've opted in for a phone call after each trade for added security and it gives me extra comfort that they provide this service.
