it is run by Matthew and his team they are also scammers , everytime you have a issue that needs to be resolved they are either on back to back meetings and Kotaro always will be travelling. they keep giving reasons and will not settle even single penny, they gain your trust by paying you little in the beginning and squeez you to process more and then stop settling and then they will potray that their banks do not pay money to them and keep it that way. there is already lots of cases agains the fraud old man Kotaro. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Scammers!! They will settle you first couple of months, then they will say the MID is having issues, then they will release half of the pending payments and make you process more and finally Vanish with al your money, be careful they are still in the business doing the same with hundreds of merchants just stay away, Kotaro is the main old man who is the head behind and this show is run by a call centre team setup in Philippines.
