I spoke with lauren yesterday. She was so switched on and helped me understand everything. I was a little unsure with everything at 1st. I probably took up more her time than I should have, but it felt like nothing was too much. Payment Pro will now be the way forward for me, thank Lauren

Called to seek advice about a potential contract and I spoke to Lauren who was very helpful and professional. She also helped me understand how umbrella works. If my contract goes ahead I will be joining Payments Pro.

Today I set up payroll with Payments Pro. I spoke to Davena via text mesage and on the phone. I am meant to be getting paid tomorrow. Davena was polite and professional in her messages and on the phone. I was not polite and professional on the phone, because i was annoyed with the agency I was working for. They gave Payments Pro old contact information. I was told I need to fill out a registration form which I couldn't do at work and didn't want to change my evening plans to do. I told Davena I'm not doing it and I don't care if I get paid tomorrow. I was abrupt and argumentative. At all times Davena was happy, polite and professional. She insisted she wanted me to get paid and offered to do most of the form via me sending info through WhatsApp. She is a absolute credit to her company and seems to be a generally good person. I apologised after phone call for my behaviour.
