Pay Oper did what it promised. It flagged three charges, including a Cargo chargeback for a load that was never on my truck, and showed me the relevant clause in my lease. After that, I contacted my carrier and was asked to put everything in writing, but never heard back. Pay Oper doesn't argue the case for you and I found it useful for identifying the charges and showing me where they came from.

My carrier's settlement comes as a scanned page. Not a clean file, a picture of a printout, and that is what I get every Friday whether I like it or not.

Three weeks running the deduction column came back garbled. Numbers in the wrong rows, the escrow line reading as a fuel line, one week it showed a negative tractor payment. I am on the thirty nine dollar tier so I figured that was the tier that handles it

Emailed support on a Monday. Nothing. Emailed again Wednesday with screenshots of all three weeks. Nothing. Five business days, not a word, not even an auto reply saying they got it. That is what got me, not the parsing. Software has bugs. Ignoring a paying customer for a week is a choice.
Two fair things. The escrow tracker worked and it is the only place I have ever seen that balance written down. And the price is honest, they are not taking a cut of anything. But I cancelled and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

My son set me up on this. I am not good with the phone. First time I took pictures of my lease it would not read them, second time I got better light and it went through fine. Flagged my physical damage premium at eighteen dollars over what the lease says. Eighteen a week for eleven years. Do that math.

Six weeks in. Reads my settlement fine, matched everything to the lease, flagged nothing. Good news I guess. Not sure I will keep paying for it.
