Very Professional Format

Inaccurate YTD information on paystub

I have been using this service for 4 months and I have had to contact Customer Service for 4 different pay periods because the YTD information on the paystub is incorrect. I called today and talked to 2 different customer reps who told me that I just needed to submit the incorrect one and then email the team so that they can correct it. They reported that there is no other way. I am using the service so that I can get correct information for my employee. I don't want to have to contact them each time so that they can correct information that should be calculated correctly on the paystub.
