Careful of Wrong Numbers
My numbers were wrong and I had to pay for another stub on a separate website.
Edit: the customer service was quick and wonderful and I was able to receive a refund for the errored paystub. I will definitely call to fix my numbers next time now that I know that is an option.

I disliked that the taxes for my residence doesn't generate automatically. You have to send to customer service to fix it.

I thought it was very simple and convenient.
The only thing that threw me off was that I paid with a debit card and somehow received a notification from paypal that I paid through them.
Not sure now if I was double-charged; so, that is a bit of a problem.
Otherwise, the service itself seems fine.
